I I 摘要 随着市场经济的发展，我国媒体竞争格局发生了很大的变化，从以前一家 独大发展到现在的充分竞争，媒介也得到充分发展。媒体与广告主的合作更加 紧密，媒体与广告主的合作关系一旦确定，必然牵扯到一系列利益分配的规定， 不会在短时间内改变。因此双方都扩大选择范围，做出选择时也都更加慎重。 国内外许多学者都对媒体与广告主的关系发生了兴趣，也做出了相关研究。 许多研究都认为，媒体与广告主是一种“合作”、“互傍”、“合谋”等关系，文 中大多对两者的合作进行批判，在本文的研究中，笔者就以国内大部分研究的 结论为基点，以媒体与广告主是一种共谋的关系出发，重点在于通过研究揭示 两者共谋的方式和途径，探求两者共谋的原因。 本文的研究对象可以说是一份报纸，也可以说是报纸中所展现的各种文本， 和通过报纸联系起来的各种角色及其间的关系，出于笔者为研究内容及访谈对 象保密的考虑，没有在标题中点名报纸名称，但文中有报纸的相关介绍。 本文对报纸具体内容进行研究，分析在报纸生产过程中，所有涉及与广告 产品信息的内容，如新闻报道、广告软文、专题策划及活动报道等，最终了解 到在报纸内容生产的过程中，媒体与广告主的合作就已经开始，并通过广告文 本、新闻报道、软文、相关策划等表现出来。 同时，通过对报社、房产广告主、广告公司等的研究与访谈，进一步分析 连接广告主与媒体的各种角色之间（广告主与广告公司，广告主与报社，广告 公司与媒体，媒体内部编辑、记者与各部门人员）的联系，探寻到两者共同追 求利益最大化的途径，并验证广告主与媒体之间的关系——共谋。 最终，通过对全文的回顾与总结，笔者进一步验证广告主与媒体间的共谋 关系，同时对研究结论进行进一步分析推广，探索两者合谋的深层次原因，以 此为传媒研究提供一定的参考。 关键词：房地产广告、广告主、媒体、报纸 II II Abstract With the development of the Market-oriented Economy，competition pattern of Chinas media has changed. From the previous development of a monopoly to the present highly competitive environment, the media has been fully developed. The cooperation of media and advertiser becomes closer, once the relations had been made; it bound to involve a series of provisions of the distribution of benefits, and will not change in a short period of time. So both sides will more carefully when expand the range of options and make choose. Many scholars in and out our country are interested in the cooperation of media and advertisers, and they do the research. Most of the researches admit that the relation of media and advertisers is combination or cooperation. So the author begins this paper based on the relation of combination, with the purpose of announcing the method and the way of cooperation, and finding the reasons.
