ABSTRACTObjective:Toexploremyocardialinjuryeffectsonheatstrokeratsindry-heatdesertenvironment,andprovideevidenceforthepreventionandtreatmentofheatstrokeorganismmyocardialinjuryindry-heatdesertenvironment．Methods:Forty-eightmaleSDratswererandomlydividedinto6groups:mildheatstrokegroupanditscontrolgroup，moderateheatstrokegroupanditscontrolgroup,severeheatstrokegroupanditscontrolgroup.Thenthethreeexperimentalgroupsofratswereputintodry-heatenvironment(temperature41℃，humidity10%)andthethreecontrolgroupswereputintonormalenvironment(temperature25℃，humidity35%)．Afterestablishmentoftheheatstrokeratmodels,theratsweresacrificedattheircorrespondingtimepoints(70，110and145min)fromthebeginningoftheexperimentforthemildheatstrokegroupanditscontrolgroup，moderateheatstrokegroupanditscontrolgroup,andsevereheatstrokegroupanditscontrolgroup，respectively.Bloodsamplesweretakenandhearttissueswereharvested.TheserumenzymesCK,CK-MB,andLDHweredetectedbyanautomaticbiochemicalanalyzer．SerumcytokineTNF-αandIL-1βbyELISAmethod.ThepathologicalexaminationwasperformedwithHEstainingandultrastructuralchangeswereobservedbyelectronmicroscopy．Results:TheserumenzymesCK,CK-MB，LDHweresignificantlyhigherinthedry-heatstrokegroupsthanthatintheircontrolgroups(P0.05).TheserumCK,CK-MB,LDHlevelswereincreasedalongwiththeprogressionofheatstroke,ofwhich,CKandLDHofthemildheatstrokegroupweresignificantlydifferentcomparedwiththatofthemoderateheatstrokegrouporsevereheatstrokegroup(P0.05).However,therewerenosignificantdifferencebetweenthemoderateandsevereheatstrokegroups(P0.05).CK-MBlevelsweresignificantlydifferentbetweeneverytwogroupsofthethreeheatstrokegroups(P0.05).TNF-αandIL-1βtestresults:TheserumTNF-α,IL-1βweresignificantlyhigherinthedry-heatstrokegroupsthanthatintheircontrolgroups(P0.01),ofwhich,TNF-αandIL-1βofthemildheatstrokegroupweresignificantlydifferentcomparedwiththatofthemoderateheatstrokegrouporsevereheatstrokegroup(P0.01).Thepathologicalexaminationshoweddilationandcongestionofbloodvesselsandhemorrhage，whichbeca
