摘要 摘要 I I 摘 要 随着我国通信行业的发展,电信市场的不断深化改革,服务行业的竞争日趋 激烈,如何满足客户对电信服务质量提出更多个性化服务的需求、更深入分析挖 掘并增加其价值,对长期已有客户进行深层分析同时挖掘,扩展潜在用户,进而 抢占市场份额,增强企业竞争力,成为运营商的营销体制急需解决的问题,为此 公司拟开发实现 VIP 客户营销管理系统。系统根据软件工程原则,按照需求分析, 概要设计,详细设计,编程测试的流程进行。 在软件需求分析阶段,根据 UML 需求分析技术,将系统划分为价值客户业务 管理模块,运营指标管理模块,资源管理模块。并对各模块进行了详细划分。比 如价值客户业务管理模块,将其划分为价值客户信息管理,价值客户新增管理, 客户流失管理,准价值客户信息管理,价值日报管理,客户通报管理。 在概要设计,结合公司业务,根据各模块 ER 图,对系统后台数据库表结构进 行了设计。 在详细设计阶段,根据需求分析结果,对各模块的功能与实现进行了详细设 计,将功能深入细化,并对模块的数据流图进行了详细设计,以此来保证模块的 开发与实现。 在开发测试阶段,首先设置了整个系统的开发结构,并以此为依托,对各模 块,利用 Java 语言,进行了编码实现。其次,根据需求分析,编写了各模块的测 试用例,并对其进行了单体测试,从测试结果来看,本系统在功能上满足基本需 求,具有实用价值。 关键词: 软件工程, 资源管理, 价值客户, UML 需求分析 AB ABSTRACT II II ABSTRACT With the deepening of the reform in Chinese telecommunication market, the competition of telecommunication service market, how to meet customer demand for telecom service quality put forward more personalized services, in-depth analysis of mining and enhance the value of existing customers, develop potential customers, enhance enterprise competitiveness, become urgently needs to solve the problem of marketing system, the operator for this company intends to development to realize the VIP customer marketing management system.
