摘要随着我国高等教育的发展，为了顺应社会发展的需要，着力于培养复合型人才，众多高校开办双学位教育。经过多年的尝试和探索，开办双学位教育在我国成为一种普遍的模式，逐渐形成规模。很多学有余力的大学生在校期间选择攻读不同于第一专业学科门类的第二专业。修读双学位的大学生们比仅修读一个专业学位的学生来说，多收获一种学习经验。本文以戈特弗雷德森的职业限制与妥协理论为基础，采用质性研究方法，选取10位在S大学修读双学位的大学生，对他们进行深度访谈，选择其中的一部分进行跟踪访谈，了解参与者的成长经历、家庭情况、所受的限制因素、修读第二专业的原因与经历，分析修读第二专业前后，参与者们的职业自我概念是如何变化发展的，这样的变化是否与第二专业有关。研究发现，双学位大学生面临的职业限制因素主要为社会限制因素与家庭限制因素。社会限制因素中最为突出的是大众价值观和从业要求。在家庭限制因素中，父母限制因素具有关键作用。双学位大学生认为修读双学位是他们突破外部环境限制的一种尝试。修读双学位能够促进他们明确职业自我概念，调整认可的职业范围。与国外不同的是，我国大学生认为他们面临的职业限制因素主要是外部限制因素，而不是职业兴趣、职业性别角色等个人内部限制因素。这反应了西方文化更注重个人的个性，而在我国更期待获得他人和社会的认同。此外，本文对大学生选择修读双学位的原因进行了讨论。研究者认为，大学生为应对职业限制选择修读双学位，是因为他们觉得这是一种积极的、预期回报率较高的策略。修读双学位使得他们在不影响原本专业学习的前提下收获更多能力，获得更多职业信息，有助于他们进一步探索职业兴趣和提高职业认知。关键词：职业限制与妥协；双学位教育；大学生职业生涯IAbstractWiththedevelopmentofeducationinourcountry,inordertoadapttotheneedsofsocialdevelopment,focusingoncultivatingcompoundtalents,manyuniversitiessetuptheminordegreeprogram.Afteryearsofattemptandexploration,doubledegreeeducationinourcountryhasbecomeacommonpattern,graduallyformedthescale.Manyundergraduateswhohavelearningcapacitymaychooseamajorinanotherdisciplineasminorduringtheircollegedays.Thosestudentswillgettheminordegreecertificate,iftheycompletethecoursetasksandpassthedissertation.Comparingtostudentsenrolledinonlyonedegree,thosewhohaveminordegreecoursesgetmorelearningexperiences.BasedonGottfredson’stheoryofcareercircumscriptionandcompromise，thisstudyusedqualitativeresearchmethods,selected10studentsinSUniversity.Forain-depthinterviews,fiveofthemweretutoredwithfollow-upstudyfornearlyhalfayear.Inthispaper,thewritertriedtostudythelifeexperiences,thefamilybackground,thefactorsofcircumscriptionoftheparticipants,toanalysisthereasonwhytheychoseaminordegree,tofindhowtheparticipants’careerself-conceptmaychangeduetotheirminorlearningexperiences.Thestudyfoundthatsocialconstraintsandfamilyrestrictionaremainfactorsofcareercircumscriptionwhichthedoubledegreestudentsarefacing.Thecommonvaluesandindustriesrequirementsarethemostimportantamongthesocialconstraints.Amongthefactor
