AbstractComparedwiththeone-axisservopress,therearesomeadvantagesofthetwo-axisdirect-driveservopress:itcanimprovesystemrigidity,extendtheservicelifeofthescrew,improvesystemresponseandprovidegreaterpressure.Thebiaxialactuatorhastheaboveadvantages,butifthetwomotorsarenotsynchronized,notonlycannotgetthedesiredpressurevalue,butalsobringdamagetothemechanicalstructure.Therefore,thetwomotorsynchronizationandtominimizethesynchronizationerrorisaproblemworthyofstudy.Inthispaper,thedoublehelixdrivensynchronousservopresscontrolstrategy,specificstudiesareasfollows:Analysisofpressmoldingaccuracyandinaccordancewiththetwo-axisdriveservopressesrunningcurveplanning,includingtheS-curveaccelerationanddecelerationplans,cubicspinecurveplanning.S-curveaccelerationanddecelerationalgorithmtoensurethat,bythestart-upphase,theaccelerationattenuationofthehigh-speedstage,givefullplayofthemotorperformanceandreducethestartingimpact.Cubicsplintdifferencecurvehashighcontrolprecision,smoothtransitionandimpact.ActualtestsshowthattheS-curveaccelerationanddecelerationalgorithmandcubicsplintinterpolationalgorithmcanbettermeettheneedsofhigh-performanceservopressmotioncurveplanning.Analysesofthecommonsynchronizationcontrol,andcomparetheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofcomparison.Thetheoreticalanalysisoftheseriesoperationcontrolprogramsandelectronicimaginaryaxisdotheadvantagesanddisadvantages,asaplatformfortheseriesoperationcontrolandelectronicvirtualmastercontrolexperimentswerecarriedoutandcomparedtoindependentresearchanddevelopment1000KNservopress.TheresultsshowthathighersynchronizationaccuracyusingelectronicVirtualaxiscontrol.Thesoftwareisappliedto1000KNsynchronicdirect-driveservopresssuccessfully,onwhichisabletorunsteadily.Keywords:servopress;curveplanning;synchronizationcontrol;目录摘要...............................................................................................................IAbstract...........................................................................................................II1
