中文摘要改革开放以来，中国市场经济的极速发展对整个中国社会造成了巨大的改变。这一变化使得社会日趋多元化,但与此同时也产生很多社会矛盾和社会问题。面对中国社会这个不确定的转型时期，有些学者提出开展一种上下互动的社会建设，而要想达成这一目标，最重要的是培育具有志愿服务精神的公民。青少年处于价值观念养成的关键期，因此，在思想政治课中培养青少年的志愿服务精神便尤为重要。本文首先阐述了志愿服务精神的概念和内涵，以及在中国社会的转型期培养青少年志愿服务精神的必要性，即当代中国社会的需要，学校德育教育的需要和青少年成长发展的需要。第二部分通过对比国内外青少年志愿服务活动的参与情况，了解到中国内地在发展志愿服务和培养青少年志愿服务精神方面都不足。面对这一现状，通过分析国内外以及我国港台地区在这一方面的发展优势，得到我国内地在培养青少年志愿服务精神方面的启示。除了政府和民间组织的力量之外，家庭、社区和学校三位一体的培养方式对青少年志愿服务精神的培养有很大成效。第三部分结合初高中思想政治课课堂实践，提出培养青少年志愿服务精神的策略：首先，进行教材建设，将挖掘教材资源中和时政消息中有关志愿服务精神的内容相结合；其次，进行课程建设，初中阶段采用体验式学习的模式，高中阶段采用服务性学习的模式；最后，进行教师素质建设，要求教师做到利他为己与自律规范。论文最后依托前面所提到的培养策略，进行了思想政治课培养青少年志愿服务精神的教学设计，以期增加研究的实践价值。关键词：思想政治课；志愿服务精神；青少年中图分类号：G631IStudyonthecultivationofadolescents’volunteerismintheideologicalandpoliticalcourseAbstractWithourdeepingreformandopening,China’seconomyhasdevelopeddramatically.Intheconditionofmarketeconomy,greatchangeshavetakenplaceinChinesesociety.Atthesametime,Chinesesocietyhasenteredtheeraofdiversificationbeyonddoubt.Meanwhile,itcausesagreatdealofsocialproblemwhichhavegreatdangetothecivilsociety.Somescholarsproposethatwecancarryoutasocietyreconstruction.Sotocultivatecitizenswhoownvolunteerismwouldinvariablyachievethegoal.Adolescentsareinacriticalpointoftheformationofvalues.Therefore,strengthenideologicalandpoliticalcourseincultivatingadolescents’volunteerismisparticularyimportant.Thispaperfirstdescribethemeaningofvolunteerism,andpointingoutcultivatingadolescents’volunteerismintheperiodofsocialtransformationinChinaisnecessary.Comparingthedomesticsituationofvolunteerserviceactivitiesoftheadolescentswiththeabroad,wecanfindthatinChinathecauseofvolunteerserviceandthedevelopmentoftheadolescents’volunteerismbothareweak.Facedwiththesituation,wecangetlotsofinspirationandexperiencebyanalyzingthestrengthoftheabroad.Combinedwiththeideologicalandpoliticalteachingpractice,wecanproposethecountermeasurestocultivatetheadolescents’volunteerism.First,weshouldsearchthecontentaboutvolunteerismfromteachingmaterialandthenews.Second,weshouldadoptexperientallear
