AbstractEnergyconsumptionproblemisthekeytoenterprisedevelopmentallalong,whichisrelatedtonationaleconomicdevelopmentandsocialsustainabledevelopmentaswell.Andtheenergyconsumptionofbuildingmaterialindustryaccountsfor13percentofthetotalnationalindustry.Amongthis,theenergyconsumptionofcementmanufacturinghassummeduptoabout76percentofthetotalenergyconsumptionofbuildingmaterialsindustry.Thus,theproblemofenergyconsumptionofcemententerprisemanagementresearchisurgentlyneeded.Themainenergyofcementmanufacturingiscoalandelectricpower.Astheautomationdegreeofproductionprocessisincreasingdaybyday,thecoalconsumptionindexofcemententerpriseshascometodeclineyearbyyear,buttheelectricpowerconsumptionstillshowsatrendofincreasingwithhighelectricityexpenses.Inresponsetothesecircumstances,atypicalcementplantinShandongProvincewasanalyzedastheresearchobjectinthispapertoprovideeffectivemeansofdataanalysisandpredictiontechnology.Apowerconsumptionpredictionmodelwasestablishedtogainreasonableconfigurationanduseofenergy.Besides,anoptimizationmodelofenterpriseloadunderTime-of-use(TOU)powerpricewasestablishedforloadschedulingtoachievethelowestcostofdailyelectricityunderthepremiseofensuringtheoutputproduction.Throughtheimplementationofthistopic,theeffectivenessofenergysupplycanbefinallyachievedtoimprovetheoverallenergyefficiencywithlowerconsumptionandlowercost.Firstofall,startingwithpractice,thispaperanalyzedthecurrentsituationofthedevelopmentofcementindustryinChina,andmadefurtherstudyofthecementproductionindustrialprocess,onbasisofwhichtosummarizethepowerdistributionanditstypicalindexes.Inaddition,sincethereweretoomuchdataandcomplexcharacteristicsofenergyconsumptionincemententerprises,theenergymanagementsystemincemententerpriseswasfurtherintroduced,especiallytheprincipleandimplementationofdataacquisitionsystemforthelatterparts.Secondly,principalcomponentanalysis(PCA)wasbroughtintogetseveralkeyfactorsofcementproductionpowerconsumption,replacingtheoriginaltensofinfluencevariables,toreducethecomplexityof
