AbstractWiththecontinuousdevelopmentofmetalsheetformingresearchandapplication,equipmentformaterialprocessingisimprovingtowardsflexibilityandintelligence.Duetoitshighflexibilityandvelocityvariationability,servopressisextensivelyadoptedinthefieldofsheetforming.However,thebottlenecksoflargescalehighperformanceservopressbrakerestinhighspeed,highprecisionmotioncurvesplanningofheavyloadlargeinertiasystemandthecapacityoflargetorqueservomotoretc.Thus,thisthesisdoesitsresearchsystemicallyonthesignificanttechnologiesforservopresscontrollingsysteminthreedirectionsasfollows:user-definingmotioncurveplanning,multi-motorsynchronizationcontrolandcontrollingsoftwaredesign.Aimingatsolvingtheproblemofoverswingingofthelowerdeadpointinlargeinertiasystemmotioncurvesplanning,aplanningmethodisproposedbasedoncubicsplineinterpolationfitting.Comparedtotheconventionallinearaccelerationanddecelerationsmotioncontrollingmethod,thisonecanrealizehighcontrollingprecision,motiontransitingsmoothlyandmotionimpactreducingsubstantially.Experimentresultsshowthatthisalgorithmispreferabletosatisfythedemandforservopresstodefineitsmotioncurve.Aimingatsolvingtheproblemsofmotorcapacitylimitandlargedimensionworkstationunbalanceloadinginlarge-scaleservopress,multi-motorsynchronizationcontrolstrategyisconsidered.Analyzingcommonmethodsofsynchronizationcontrol,twovalidwaysareselected,thatismaster-followercontrolandelectronicsvirtualmasteraxiscontrol.Resultsshowsthatthelatteronehasahighersynchronizationcontrolprecision,thedifferenceangleiswithin0.18°betweentwomotors.Meanwhile,multi-motorssynchronizationmeasurementforunbalanceloadingiscarriedout.Subjectresultsshowthatmastermotoradoptingvelocitycontrolandfollowermotoradoptingtorquerangelimitingcontrolcanbalancetheloadingamongthemotors.Aimingatsecurity,stabilityandmaintainabilityrequirementformotorservopresscontrolsoftware,fourprinciplesasintegrity,observability,validityandtransportabilityisproposed.Accordingtotheprinciples,statemachinemechanism,parametervalidityexamina
