摘要中国共产党历来有着重视宣传工作的优良传统，无论是毛泽东思想、邓小平理论还是三个代表重要思想以及科学发展观都蕴含着丰富的宣传思想。当前，正值十八大即将召开之际，对党建宣传的深入研究具有重大的理论和现实意义。宣传是宣传学研究的中心问题，而其中的宣传效果评估则是对宣传工作是否达到预期目标进行的理性考查。在国外，宣传研究主要依托于传播学，侧重于对宣传进行理论上的探讨和应用上的实证分析；而国内，此方面的研究则大多集中于宣传学与邻近学科之间的综合，如宣传学与新闻学、传播学及各种应用科学（社会学、心理学）之间的交叉与贯通。本文的党建宣传效果研究是通过对建党90周年社会各界宣传工作的考察，结合社会调查研究方法中的问卷调查法和后期的数据处理，对此次建党宣传活动取得的效果进行理性的分析。一方面，党建宣传工作的效果评估，有利于深入认识宣传工具及具体的宣传技巧对于宣传工作的重大意义；另一方面，这必将对我们党更好的加强宣传工作产生积极而又富有建设性的影响，使广大人民了解和接受我党在新时期新形势下的新任务和新政策，为建设中国特色社会主义现代化、构建和谐社会做出更大的贡献。关键字：宣传理论；宣传效果；宣传评估AbstractChineseCommunistPartyhasafinetraditionofpayinggreatimportancetopublicitywork，suchasMaoZedongThought，DengXiaopingTheory，theimportantthoughtofThreeRepresentsandthescientificconceptofdevelopment，whichcontainsagreatofpublicitytheory.The18thpeoplescongressiscomingandthestudyhasimportanttheoreticalandpracticalsignificanceofpartybuildingpublicity.PublicityispublicityResearchCenter，publicityassessmentisrationalexaminethepublicityworktoachievethedesiredgoals.Integratedinforeigncountries，publicizethemainsupportinCommunicationStudies，focusonthetheoreticaldiscussiononthepromotionandapplicationofempiricalanalysis;anddomestic，thisresearchismostlyconcentratedincommunicationstudieswithneighboringdisciplines，suchaspublicityScienceandjournalism，CommunicationStudiesandavarietyofappliedscience(sociology，psychology)cross-linking.Thepartybuildingtheeffectofpublicitythroughtheinspectiononthe90thanniversaryoffoundingthecommunityadvocacywork，thecombinationofsocialresearchmethods，questionnairesandpost-dataprocessing，andrationalanalysisontheresultsachievedbythepromotionalactivitiesofthefounding.Ononehand，theassessmentoftheeffectofpartybuildingandpropagandawork-depthknowledgeofpromotionaltoolsandadvocacyskillsforthepublicityworkofgreatsignificance;ontheotherhand,thisisboundtoourpartybetterstepuppublicityeffortstoproduceapositiveandconstructiveimpactsinordertobebetterpublicitytoachievethebestpropagandapurposes.Keywords:Propagandatheory;Propagandaeffect;Propagandaassessment目录第一章绪论..................
