B超联合心电图在高血压性心脏病诊断中应用价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨B超联合心电图在高血压性心脏病诊断中的应用价值。 方法 选取2012年12月～2015年12月我院336例高血压性心脏病患者作为研究对象，根据其诊断方式的不同分为B超联合心电图（A组），单独使用B超（B组）及单独使用心电图（C组），各112例，对比分析3组的诊断效果及应用价值。 结果 在检测左室肥厚及左室扩大方面，A组明显优于B、C两组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；且A组阳性检出率（76.79%）明显高于B、C组的（59.82%、51.79%），差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。 结论 B超联合心电图在高血压性心脏病的诊断中优于单独使用B超或心电图，阳性检出率更高，具有临床应用价值及推广意义。 　　[关键词] B超；心电图；高血压性心脏病；应用价值 　　[中图分类号] R541.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）05（c）-0060-03 　　Application value of B ultrasound combined with ECG in diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease 　　YAN Zhi-yi1 WU Hui-shuang2 CHE Li-li3 XIE Jie-yi3 　　1.Department of Ultrasound，Nanhai People′s Hospital of Foshan City in Guangdong Province，Foshan 528200，China；2.Department of Ultrasound，Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Nanhai District in Foshan City of Guangdong Province，Foshan 528200，China；3.Department of Exectrophysiology，Nanhai People′s Hospital of Foshan City in Guangdong Province，Foshan 528200，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the application value of B ultrasound combined with ECG in diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease （HHD）. Methods 336 HHD patients treated in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2015 were selected，according to the different methods of diagnosis was divided into B ultrasound combined ECG （group A），single use of B ultrasound （group B），and single use of ECG （group C），112 cases in each group，and the diagnostic effects and application value of three groups were compared and analyzed. Results As to detection of left ventricle hypertrophy and left ventricular volume dilation，the effect in group A was significantly superior to those in group B and group C （P0.05）；and the positive rate was significantly higher in group A （76.79%） than in group B （59.82%） and group C （51.79%）（P0.01）.
