Bakri子宫填塞球囊导管在前置胎盘剖宫产术中临床应用研究 　　[摘要]目的 探讨Bakri子宫填塞球囊导管在前置胎盘剖宫产术中的临床应用效果。方法 选取2014年2月～2016年2月在我院妇产科进行前置胎盘剖宫产术的40例孕妇作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各20例。对照组产后给予常规止血处理，观察组产后给予Bakri子宫填塞球囊导管止血，比较两组的手术时间、手术成功率、止血有效率、子宫切除率及术后24 h出血量。结果 观察组的手术时间显著短于对照组，术后24 h出血量显著少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的手术成功率、止血有效率显著高于对照组，子宫切除率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的显效时间显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 Bakri子宫填塞球囊导管在前置胎盘剖宫产术中能有效减少出血量，提高手术成功率，缩短手术时间，降低子宫切除率，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] Bakri子宫填塞球囊导管；前置胎盘剖宫产术；临床应用 　　[中图分类号] R714.46+1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）08（a）-0120-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical application effect of Bakri uterine packing balloon catheter in cesarean section with previa placenta.Methods 40 pregnant women in obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，20 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional hemostatic treatment，the observation group was given Bakri uterine packing balloon catheter to stop bleeding.The operation time，the success rate of operation，the efficiency of hemostasis，the rate of hysterectomy and the amount of bleeding after operation for 24 hours in the two groups was compared.Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group，the amount of bleeding after operation for 24 hours in the observation group was less than that in the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.The success rate of surgery，bleeding rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，the rate of hysterectomy in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.The effectual time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.Conclusion Bakri uterine packing balloon catheter can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding，improve the success rate of operation，shorten the operation
