PDCA循环管理在手术室职业防护中应用 　　[摘要]目的 了解手术工作人员职业暴露的发生情况，探讨PDCA循环法在手术室职业防护中的应用。方法 选择2014年1月～2015年12月在我院产科手术室行剖宫产手术的手术医生、麻醉医生、手术护士、实习护士及手术室保洁员作为研究对象，将2014年1～8月实施前作为对照组，2014年9月～2015年4月实施后作为研究1组，2015年5～12月再次质量改进作为研究2组。比较不同职别及不同工龄手术室工作人员的职业暴露情况，同时记录实施PDCA前后不同组别中不同职别工作人员的职业暴露情况。结果 实习护士发生职业暴露的发生率最高，为89.0%，与其他职别比较，差异有统计学意义（P5年者的职业暴露发生率为23.3%，显著低于其他工龄者，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究2组中各个手术工作人员的职业暴露发生率显著低于对照组和研究1组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 在手术室采用PDCA循环管理能有效降低手术工作人员的职业暴露发生率，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词]PDCA循环管理；职业暴露；手术室；职业防护 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）06（c）-0119-04 　　[Abstract]Objective To get known the occurrence condition of occupational exposure in surgical staff，and to explore the application of PDCA cycle management on occupational protection in the operating room.Methods Surgery doctor，anesthesia doctor，operation nurse， practice nurse and operation room cleaning staff from January 2014 to December 2015 in obstetrics and gynecology operation room of our hospital were selected as the research object，before the implementation ranging from January to August in 2014 was selected as the control group，after the implementation ranging from September 2014 to April 2015 was chosen as the first research group，and quality further improved ranging from May to December in 2015 was classified into the second research group.The condition of occupational exposure of different position and different length of service operating room staff was compared，and the condition of occupational exposure of working in different positions before and after implementation of PDCA in the different groups was recorded.Results The incidence rate occupation exposure of practice nurse was highest，which was 89%，compared with the other ranks，there was significant difference（P0.05）.The longer the length of service，the lower the incidence rate of occupational exposure.The incidence rate of occupational exposure rate of length of service more than five years was 23.3%，which was lower than that of other workers，with significan
