PDCA循环管理方法在持续改进医院处方质量中应用效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨PDCA循环管理方法在持续改进医院处方质量中的应用效果。 方法 通过计划、实施、检查、制订巩固措施、总结和下一步打算（介于两循环之间）等5个阶段对本院2011年1月～2013年12月的门诊处方进行持续性监控及改进。 结果 2011～2013年本院的处方合格率由68.9%上升到98.5%，门诊抗菌药物使用率由58%下降到24%。 结论 PDCA循环法有效解决以往工作中制度与落实脱节、执行与监督脱节，形成了一套完整的、循环往复的质量监控体系，其在本院持续改进处方质量中的成功经验也为PDCA循环在本院其他质量管理中的应用提供了借鉴。 　　[关键词] PDCA循环；持续改进；处方质量 　　[中图分类号] R969.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）05（b）-0154-04 　　Application effect of PDCA cycle management approach on continuously improving the quality of hospital prescription 　　LI Li1 LIU Han-kun2 LIU Shu-jia3 　　1.Quality Control Office，Daojiao Hospital of Dongguan City in Guangdong Province，Dongguan 523176，China；2.Medical Unit，Daojiao Hospital of Dongguan City in Guangdong Province，Dongguan 523176，China；3.Dean′s Office，Daojiao Hospital of Dongguan City in Guangdong Province，Dongguan 523176，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the application effect of Plan-do-check-action （PDCA） cycle management approach on continuously improving the quality of hospital prescription. Methods Outpatient prescriptions were continuously monitored and improved by the following 5 stages including plan，implementation，check，establishing consolidated measures，and summarization and further plan （between two cycles） from January 2011 to December 2013 in our hospital. Results Prescription qualified rate rose from 68.9% to 98.5% and outpatient antimicrobial usage rate decreased from 58% to 24% in our hospital from 2011 to 2013.
