PICC导管在肿瘤化疗患者中应用与护理要点探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨PICC导管在肿瘤化疗患者中的应用与护理要点。 方法 整群选取2013年2月―2014年10月该院收治的76例给予PICC导管肿瘤化疗患者随机分为对照组（接受常规护理）和观察组（接受优质PICC护理），各38例，比较两组护理效果。结果 观察组PICC不良事件发生率明显低于对照组；观察组患者舒适度及疾病不确定感等指标均显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 PICC导管在肿瘤化疗患者中的应用效果良好，可显著降低PICC不良事件发生率，改善患者不良情绪，提高舒适度，是值得临床使用和推广的护理方法。 　　[关键词] 肿瘤；PICC导管；化疗；护理要点 　　[中图分类号] R473.73 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）06（a）-0138-03 　　Discussion of the Application of PICC Line to Cancer Patients with Chemotherapy and the Corresponding Care Points 　　JIANG Hai-lan 　　Sichuan Dazhou Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine， Dazhou， Sichuan Province，635002 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the application of PICC line to cancer patients with chemotherapy and the corresponding care points. Methods 76 cancer patients underwent chemotherapy via a PICC line in our hospital from February 2013 to October 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 38 cases in each. The control group were given the conventional nursing， while the observation group were given high-quality nursing for PICC. And the nursing efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group， the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was much lower； the degree of comfort and sense of uncertainty in illness and other indicators was obviously better， respectively with statistically significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion PICC line applied to cancer patients with chemotherapy has good effect， which can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events， improve the negative mood and degree of comfort of the patients， so it is worthy of clinical application and promotion. 　　[Key words] Cancer； PICC line； Chemotherapy； Care points 　　肿瘤患者化疗过程中，部分化疗药物属于化学生物碱制剂，容易出现不良反应。临床方面常采用常规外周静脉穿刺的方法给药，但长期反复机械穿刺刺激以及局部药物外渗等情况容易导致外周静脉或组织坏死，影响治疗效果，不仅会阻碍化疗方案顺利进行，还会给患者增加痛苦[1]。该研究整群选取2013年2月―2014年10月该院收治的76例给予PICC导管肿瘤化疗患者探讨PICC导管的应用效果与护理要点，现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1
