MRI技术在头颈部血管畸形中应用价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探究MRI技术在头颈部血管畸形中的应用价值。方法 选取该院在2011年1月―2013年9月收治的头颈部血管畸形患者60例，先后进行MRI检查、增强CT检查和动脉造影检查，比较三种检查技术检查头颈部血管成像的影像学特点。 结果 所有患者经磁共振检查之后，均得到清晰的头颈部血管成像，成像可清晰反映血管病变部位及其周围组织；MRI显示良好率为93.33%，明显高于增强CT检查的48.33%和DSA的26.67%，组间差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；与增强CT检查和动脉造影检查比较，MRI检查具有成像清晰、无辐射、对机体损伤小、安全性高等优势。 结论MRI检查在头颈部血管畸形的诊断中具有重要参考价值，且安全性好、成像清晰、创伤小，可以作为临床诊断头颈部血管畸形的首选方法。 　　[关键词] MRI技术；头颈部血管畸形；诊断 　　[中图分类号] R743 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）02（b）-0016-02 　　The Application Value of MRI in the Diagnosis of Vascular Malformations of the Head and Neck 　　SUN Shiqiang 　　Eguipment Division，Linyi Luozhuang Central Hospital， Linyi， Shandong Province， 276017 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the application value of MRI in the diagnosis of vascular malformations of the head and neck. Methods 60 patients with vascular malformations of the head and neck admitted in our hospital between January 2011 to September 2013 were selected. All the patients were checked successively with MRI， enhanced CT and DSA. And the imaging characteristics of head and neck vascular by three examination techniques were analyzed. Results All patients checked with MRI got a clear head and neck vascular imaging and the anatomic location of vascular lesion and surrounding tissue was demonstrated clearly. The display good rate of MRI was 93.33%， much higher than 48.33% of enhanced CT and 26.67% of DSA， the difference between the three examination techniques was Statistically significant； Compared with enhanced CT and DSA， MRI has advantages of clear imaging， radiationlessness， small damage to body and high security.
