MRI检查对髌股关节炎软骨损伤诊断价值 　　[摘要]目的 探?MRI检查对髌股关节炎软骨损伤的诊断价值。方法 选取2015年3月～2017年9月在我院骨科进行住院治疗的67例髌股关节炎软骨损伤患者的MRI影像学资料进行回顾性分析，MRI检查包括FS-FSE-T2W序列、3D-FS-SPGR序列，将其结果与关节镜结果进行对照。结果 67例患者中，髌骨内侧缘软骨损伤36例，股骨外侧髁前外侧缘软骨损伤31例。MRI检查结果可见，27例表现为髌骨内侧面软骨形态及信号异常，21例表现为股骨外髁前外侧缘软骨形态及信号异常，6例软骨变薄，13例表现为局部软骨明显中断或缺损。FS-FSE-T2W序列对软骨损伤显示的敏感度为83.65%，特异度为96.27%；3D-FS-SPGR序列的敏感度和特异度分别为93.67%、99.18%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 MRI检查能够准确、客观地对髌股关节炎软骨损伤的部位、范围及程度进行诊断，而3D-FS-SPGR序列在评价髌股关节炎软骨损伤上的准确性上略优于FS-FSE-T2W序列。 　　[关键词]髌股关节炎；软骨损伤；MRI检查；诊断价值 　　[中图分类号] R684.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）4（c）-0021-04 　　Diagnostic value of MRI examination on cartilage injury of patellofemoral arthritis 　　ZHAI Jian-chun SHI An-bin ZHANG Liang-jin FANG Wen-liang ZHANG Wen-jun WU Ji-xiong 　　Department of Medical Imaging，Huizhou Hospital of China International Trust and Investment Corporation （CITIC），Guangdong Province，Huizhou 516006，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the diagnostic value of MRI examination on cartilage injury of patellofemoral arthritis.Methods From March 2015 to September 2017，the MRI imaging data of 67 cases of patellofemoral arthritis who hospitalized in the department of orthopedics in our hospital were analyzed，retrospectively.The MRI examination included the FS-FSE-T2W sequence and the 3D-FS-SPGR sequence.The MRI examination results was compared with the results of arthroscopy.Results Among the 67 patients，36 cases were cartilage injury in the medial margin of the patella，31 cases were cartilage injury in the anterolateral border of the lateral condyle of the femur.MRI examination showed that 27 cases were abnormal cartilage and signal in the medial margin of the patella，21 cases showed abnormal cartilage injury in the anterolateral border of the lateral condyle of the femur，6 cases showed thinning of cartilage，and 13 cases showed significant interruption or defect of local cartilage.The sensitivity and specificity of FS-FSE-T2W sequence for cartilage injury were 83.65% and 96.27%，respectively，and the
