Orem自理模式在股骨粗隆间骨折患者护理中应用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨Orem自理模式在股骨粗隆间骨折患者护理中的应用效果情况。方法 分析方便选取该院2014年9月―2016年9月骨外科收治的150例股骨粗隆间骨折患者临床资料，依据护理方式不同进行分组，对照组70例和Orem自理模式组80例。观察两组股骨粗隆间骨折患者下床活动时间、住院时间、术后6个月的Harris评分优良率、术后并发症情况。 结果Orem自理模式组股骨粗隆间骨折患者下床活动时间（6.0±2.2）d、住院时间（20.0±2.5）d均低于对照组（9.7±3.2）d和（26.2±3.4）d，Orem自理模式组股骨粗隆间骨折患者术后6个月的Harris评分优良率90.0%均高于对照组70.0%，Orem自理模式组股骨粗隆间骨折患者术后并发症1.3%低于对照组14.3%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 Orem自理模式在股骨粗隆间骨折患者护理中的应用，可以降低患者住院时间，提高预后功能恢复，降低术后并发症，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] Orem自理模式；股骨粗隆间骨折；护理 　　[中图分类号] R735 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）01（c）-0148-03 　　Application of Orem Self-care Model in the Nursing of Patients with Intertrochanter Fracture of Femur 　　LUO Xiao-yan 　　Office， Hechuan District People’s Hospital of Chongqing， Chongqing， 401520 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the application effect of Orem self-care model in the nursing of patients with intertrochanter fracture of femur. Methods 150 cases of patients with intertrochanter fracture of femur admitted and treated in the department of bone surgery in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into the control group with 70 cases and Orem self-care model with 80 cases. Results The time to get out of bed and length of stay in the Orem self-care model group were lower than those in the control group[（6.0±2.2）d， （20.0±2.5）d vs （9.7±3.2）d， （26.2±3.4）d]， and the excellent and good rate of Harris score in 6 months after operation of patients with intertrochanter fracture of femur was higher than that in the control group（90.0% vs 70.0%）， and the incidence rate of postoperative complications in the Orem self-care model group were lower than that in the control group（1.3% vs 14.3%）， and the difference had statistical significance（P0.05）.
