PDCA循环在心血管内科低年资护士培训中应用 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨PDCA循环（plan-do-check-action circulation）在心血管内科低年资护士培训中的应用方法及效果。方法：使用便利抽样法选择2010年1月-2014年12月在笔者所在科轮转的76名低年资护士作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组38名。对照组护士使用传统的一带一临床带教模式，观察组护士运用PDCA循环进行干预。比较两组护士出科考核成绩、患者满意度和不良事件发生率。结果：观察组护士出科考核成绩、患者满意度均明显优于对照组，不良事件发生率均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在心血管内科低年资护士的培训中运用PDCA循环，可以明显提高低年资护士的工作能力，改善患者就医感受，减少护理不良事件的发生，提高护理质量，确保患者安全。 　　【关键词】 PDCA循环； 低年资护士； 培训 　　中图分类号 R47 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）23-0091-03 　　Discuss the Application of PDCA Circulation in the Training of Junior Nurses in Cardiovascular Department of Internal Medicine/WANG Li，MOU Ling.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2015，13（23）：91-93 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the application method and effect of the PDCA （plan-do-check-action circulation）in cardiology training of junior nurses.Method：76 junior rotary nurses were selected in our department from January 2010 to December 2014 as the objects of research according to the convenience sampling method.Divided them into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method，38 cases in each group.The control group used the traditional one clinical teaching mode.The observation group used PDCA to carry on the intervention.Compared the incidence of two groups of nurses score，patient satisfaction and adverse events.Result：The observation group was better than the control in after-department performance and the satisfaction of patients while the control group had a higher rate of adverse events.There was statistical significance because of the differences of significant in two groups of comparison（P0.05）.Conclusion：Using PDCA circulation in the department of cardiology，junior nurses training can significantly improve junior nurses’working ability and feeling of patients，and also reduce the occurrence of nursing adverse events，improve the quality of nursing care，ensure the safety of patients. 　　【Key words】 PDCA circulation； Junior nurse； Training 　　First-au
