PDCA循环在提高医院感染管理质量中效果研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探究PDCA循环在提高医院感染管理质量中的应用效果。方法：选取本院各科室医护人员共100名，通过对比实施PDCA循环前后医院病例感染发病率、医护人员操作规范合格率、手卫生依从性及考核合格率、医院环境检测合格率，来评判医院感染管理质量的差别。结果：实施PDCA循环后，医院感染率较实施前明显降低（P0.05）；医院医护人员各项操作合格率均为100%，较实施前均显著提高（P0.05）；手卫生依从性和考核合格率较实施前均有较大提升（P0.05）；医院内重点科室物体表面及空气培养合格率均较实施前显著提升（P0.05）。结论：PDCA循环能够促进医院感染管理质量的显著提高，降低了医院感染率的发生，值得在临床上推广。 　　【关键词】 PDCA循环； 医院感染率； 管理质量 　　Study on the Effect of PDCA Cycle in Improving the Quality of Hospital Infection Management/YANG Xiu-ling.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（30）：129-131 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of PDCA cycle in improving the quality of hospital infection management.Method：100 doctors and nurses of each department in our hospital were selected，the incidence rate of nosocomial infection，the standard rate of qualified medical staff，the compliance of hand hygiene，the passing rate of examination and the qualified rate of hospital environmental test were compared before and after implementation of the PDCA cycle，to evaluate the quality of hospital infection management.Result：After the implementation of PDCA cycle，hospital infection rate was significantly lower than that of before implementation（P0.05），the qualified rate of medical staff in hospital were 100%，significantly higher than those of before implementation（P0.05），the compliance of hand hygiene and the passing rate of examination were significantly higher than those of before implementation（P0.05），the qualified rate of surface and air culture in the key departments of hospital were significantly higher than those of before implementation（P0.05）.Conclusion：PDCA cycle can improve the quality of hospital infection management，reduce the incidence of hospital infection，and is worthy of clinical promotion. 　　【Key words】 PDCA cycle； Hospital infection rate； Quality of management 　　First-author’s address：Affiliated Hospital of Jiujiang College，Jiujiang 332000，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2017.30.038 　　PDCA（Plan-Do-Check-Act）循?h又称为质量环，是由美
