MTHFD1基因多态性与汉族偏头痛关联性研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨MTHFD1基因常见单核苷酸多态性与闽南地区汉族偏头痛的相关性。方法：选择本院偏头痛患者126例作为病例组，按照有无先兆症状分为先兆偏头痛组（MA组）和无先兆偏头痛组（MO组）；选择同期无偏头痛的116例体检者作为对照组。应用荧光能量共振转移技术进行基因型检测，分析不同基因型与偏头痛的相关性。结果：MTHFD1基因R134K和R653Q多态位点在两组人群中的基因频率分布均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡。病例组与对照组R134K位点CC、CT、TT基因型频率及等位基因频率分布比较，差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）；病例组与对照组R653Q位点GG、GA、AA基因型频率及等位基因频率分布比较，差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）；MA、MO组基因型频率及等位基因频率分布与对照组比较，差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：MTHFD1基因多态性位点R134K和R653Q可能与闽南地区汉族偏头痛患者无明显相关性。 　　【关键词】 偏头痛； MTHFD1基因； 多态性； R134K； R653Q 　　Study on the Association of Polymorphisms in MTHFD1 Gene and the Han Nationality with Migraine/HE Qing-song，AN Xing-kai，FANG Jie，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（36）：012-015 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the relationship between polymorphisms in MTHFD1 gene and the han nationality with migraine in south Fujian.Method：126 patients with migraine in our hospital were selected as the patients group，they were divided into the migraine with aura group（MA group） and the migraine without aura group（MO group）.116 physical examinees without migraine were selected as the control group at the same time.Fluorescence resonance energy transfer technology was used to examine the genotype.The relationship of different genotypes and migraine was analyzed.Result：The gene frequency of the R134K and R653Q in MTHFD1 in population of the two groups followed the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.There were no statistically significant differences in genotypic and allelic distributions of R134K and R653Q between the patients group and the control group（P0.05）.There were also no statistically significant differences in genotypic and allelic distributions of R134K and R653Q between the MA group，MO group and the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：There may be no association between polymorphic site R134K，R653Q in MTHFD1 gene and migraine patients in south Fujian. 　　【Key words】 Migraine； MTHFD1 gene； Polymorphisms； R134K； R653Q 　　First-author’s address：The First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University，Xi
