MTHFR C677T基因多态性与老年冠心病心衰相关性研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶（MTHFR）C677T基因多态性与老年冠心病心衰的关系。 方法 选择2014年10月～2015年11月在潍坊市人民医院（以下简称“我院”）保健科、心内科住院诊断为冠心病心衰的患者66例作为心衰组，45例住院诊断为冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者作为冠心病组，同时选择我院同期健康体检者40名作为健康组。所有入选对象利用直接基因测序方法检测MTHFR C677T基因多态性，并采用高效液相色谱法测定血浆同型半胱氨酸水平。 结果 心衰组TT基因型频率和T等位基因频率明显高于冠心病组和健康组，冠心病组高于健康组（P 0.05）；与CC型比较，CT型及TT型者患心衰的风险增加（P 0.05）。 结论 MTHFR C677T C→T突变后，TT基因型及T等位基因可能是冠心病心衰发病的危险因素。 　　[关键词] MTHFR C677T基因多态性；老年；冠心病；心力衰竭 　　[中图分类号] R541.61 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2016）12（b）-0012-05 　　Study on association between MTHFR C677T gene polymorphism and coronary heart diseases complicated with heart failure in the elderly patients 　　WANG Xinli1 CHEN Liang2 　　1.Clinical Medical College， Weifang Medical University， Shandong Province， Weifang 261041， China； 2.Health Center， Weifang Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital， Shandong Province， Weifang 261041， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the correlation between MTHFR C677T gene polymorphism and heart failure in the elderly patients.
