CT与MRI对脑梗死诊断价值对比 　　【摘要】 目的：探究对比CT与MRI对脑梗死的诊断价值。方法：选取2014年12月-2016年12月笔者所在医院收治的60例早期脑梗死患者，均接受CT与MRI检查，对其不同类型脑梗死的检出率与不同发病时间的检出率情况进行对比。结果：CT诊断出缺血性脑梗死12例，出血性脑梗死8例，腔隙性脑梗死20例，检出率66.67%；MRI诊断出缺血性脑梗死18例，出血性脑梗死16例，腔隙性脑梗死26例，检出率100%，MRI检出率明显高于CT检出率，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；MRI对脑梗死发病12 h内患者，MRI的检出率明显高于CT的检出率，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：CT与MRI均对脑梗死有一定的诊断价值，但MRI对于发病24 h内（特别是6 h内）的脑梗死患者早期诊断优于CT。 　　【关键词】 CT； MRI； 脑梗死； 诊断价值 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.32.047 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）32-0093-02 　　Comparison of CT and MRI in the Diagnosis of Cerebral Infarction/QIAN Weixin.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15（32）：93-94 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction.Method：From December 2014 to December 2016，60 cases of cerebral infarction patients in our hospital were selected，all the patients received CT and MRI examination，the detection rate of the different types of cerebral infarction and of different time of onset time were compared.Result：CT diagnosis of 12 cases of ischemic cerebral infarction，8 cases of hemorrhagic cerebral infarction，20 cases of lacunar infarction，the detection rate was 66.67%；MRI diagnosed 18 cases of ischemic cerebral infarction，16 cases of hemorrhagic cerebral infarction，21 cases of lacunar infarction，the detection rate was 100%，the detection rate of MRI was significantly higher than that of CT，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）；the diagnosis rate of MRI in patients with cerebral infarction within 12 h was significantly higher than that of CT detection rate，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Both CT and MRI have some diagnostic value for cerebral infarction，but MRI is superior to CT in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction within 24 hours of onset（especially within 6 hours）. 　　【Key words】 CT； MRI； Cerebral infarction； Diagnostic value 　　First-author’s address：The First people’s Hospital of Changshu City，Changshu 215500，China 　　脑梗死作为临床上一种常见的脑血管疾病，此病在最
