mTOR通路中PTEN基因对结直肠癌发病影响研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨PI3K/PTEN/AKT/mTOR信号通路中PTEN基因对结直肠癌发病的影响。方法：应用酶联免疫法（ELISA）检测48例结直肠癌组织和48例癌旁组织中的PTEN蛋白表达情况。结果：结直肠癌组织中PTEN基因的蛋白浓度值为（60.68±5.67）μg/L，癌旁组织的蛋白浓度值为（75.35±5.31）μg/L，结直肠癌组织中PTEN基因的蛋白表达明显低于癌旁组织，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），在不同肿瘤分化程度、有无淋巴结转移以及Dukes分期上差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：PTEN在结直肠癌中表达较低，而在癌旁组织中表达较高。PTEN表达与结直肠癌的浸润程度、Dukes分期、有无淋巴结转移有关，而与患者的年龄、性别、发生部位无关。 　　【关键词】 结直肠癌； mTOR； PTEN 　　中图分类号 R735.3 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）4-0001-03 　　Effect of PTEN Gene on the Incidence of Colorectal Cancer in mTOR Pathway/WEI Xing，SONG Wei-dong.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2015，13（4）：1-3 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of PTEN gene on the incidence of colorectal cancer in PI3K/PTEN/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway.Method：Using enzyme league immune method（ELISA） tested colorectal cancer organizations and cancer adjacent tissues of 48 cases of PTEN genes protein expression level changes.Result：Protein concentration value of PTEN gene in colorectal cancer tissue was （60.68±5.67）μg/L，protein concentration value of cancer adjacent tissues was （75.35±5.31）μg/L，colorectal cancer tissue protein expression the PTEN gene was obviously lower than the cancer adjacent tissues，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05），while statistically significant difference exist in different tumor differentiation degree，with or without lymph node metastasis and Dukes staging（P0.05）.Conclusion：The expression in the organization in colorectal cancer PTEN is low，and the cancer adjacent tissues expression is higher.PTEN expression of colon cancer and infiltration degree，Dukes staging，with or without lymph node metastasis are concerned，and patients with age，sex，location have nothing to do. 　　【Key words】 Colorectal cancer； mTOR； PTEN 　　First-author’s address：Affiliated People’s Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University，Hohhot 010020，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2015.04.001 　　结直肠癌是严重威胁人类健康的恶性肿瘤，近年来，其发病率及死亡率明显升高。由于结直肠癌早期症状不明显，因此早期诊断率很低，发现症状时往往是晚期，常伴有远处转移[1-3]。尽管治疗手段
