Solitaire支架机械取栓在急性脑梗死患者中应用效果观察 　　【摘要】 目的：比较Solitaire支架机械取栓与动脉溶栓和动静脉联合溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的疗效差异。方法：选取2015年6月-2017年6月本院收治的120例急性脑梗死患者，根据治疗方法不同将其分为A组（Solitaire支架机械取栓）、B组（动脉溶栓）和C组（动静脉联合溶栓），各40例，比较三组患者术中血管再通情况、治疗前后的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）评分以及术后出血率。结果：A组患者血管再通总有效率为92.50%，高于B组的70.00%、C组的67.50%，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后3 d，A组患者NIHSS评分显著低于治疗前及B、C组（P0.05）；治疗后2周，三组患者NIHSS评分均显著低于治疗前（P0.05），且A组均显著低于B、C组（P0.05）。A组在术后脑出血、消化道出血、牙龈出血、尿道出血等方面的?出血率为10.00%，显著低于B组的30.00%、C组的35.00%，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：Solitaire支架机械取栓、动脉溶栓、动静脉联合溶栓对急性脑梗死均有显著的疗效，但是机械取栓可以较早改善神经功能，且出血率较低。 　　【关键词】 急性脑梗死； 机械取栓； 动脉溶栓； 动静脉联合溶栓 　　Observation on the Effect of Mechanical Thrombectomy with Solitaire Stent in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction/WANG Zhaozhen.//Medical Innovation of China，2018，15（01）：041-044 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To compare the efficacy of mechanical thrombectomy with Solitaire stent，intra-arterial thrombolysis and arteriovenous combined thrombolysis in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Method：A total of 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017were selected.According to the different treatment methods，they were divided into A group（Solitaire stent mechanical thrombolysis），B group（arterial thrombolysis） and C group（arteriovenous combined thrombolysis），40 cases in each group，The vascular recanalization of three groups was compared，the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale（NIHSS） score before and after treatment and the postoperative bleeding rate were compared.Result：The total effective rate of recanalization in group A was 92.50%，which was higher than 70.00% in group B and 67.50% in group C，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05），after treatment 3 d，the NIHSS score in A group was significantly lower than those of before treatment，B group and C group（P 　　【Key words】 Acute cerebral infarction； Mechanical thrombectomy； Arterial thrombolysis； Arteriovenous combined thrombolysis 　　First-author’s address：Shanwei People’s Hospital
