Tei指数评价先天性肺囊腺瘤样畸形胎儿心功能应用价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨Tei指数在评价先天性肺囊腺瘤样畸形（CCAM）胎儿心功能中的应用价值。 方法 收集2013年7月～2015年6月就诊于我院诊断为CCAM的41例胎儿作为实验组，并根据有无纵隔移位及心力衰竭分为三个亚组（无心力衰竭组35例，包括15例无纵隔移位及20例纵隔移位；心力衰竭组6例），收集同期与其孕龄匹配的123例正常胎儿作为对照组，测量并比较其左、右心室Tei指数。 结果 41例CCAM胎儿中，无心力衰竭组胎儿的左、右心室等容收缩时间+舒张时间（ICT+IRT）较正常胎儿无明显延长，心室射血时间（ET）无明显缩短，Tei指数无明显增大，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。心力衰竭组胎儿较正常胎儿左、右心室ICT+IRT明显延长，ET明显缩短，Tei指数明显增大，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）；心力衰竭组胎儿较无心力衰竭组胎儿左、右心室ICT+IRT明显延长，ET明显缩短，Tei指数明显增大，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。 结论 Tei指数可作为一种简单可靠的定量综合评价CCAM胎儿心脏收缩和舒张整体功能的指标。 　　[关键词] Tei指数；先天性肺囊腺瘤样畸形；胎儿；心功能 　　[中图分类号] R445.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）04（c）-0079-04 　　Value of Tei index for the fetal cardiac function with congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation 　　DENG Yi-ye WEI De-zhan 　　Functional Division，Maternity and Child Care Center of Foshan Affiliated to Southern Medical University，Guangdong Province，Foshan 528000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the value of Tei index for the fetal cardiac function with congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation （CCAM）. Methods The date was collected from July 2013 to June 2015 in our hospital，41 cases of fetuses diagnosed as congenital cysts adenoma malformation were set as the experimental group，and according to the presence of mediastinal shift and heart failure，the group was divided into two subgroups （15 cases without mediastinal shift and 20 cases with mediastinal shift）.In the same period，123 cases of normal fetuses matching their gestational age were set as the control group.The groups of left and right ventricular Tei index were measured and compared between the different groups. Results In total of 41 cases of CCAM ，the data of left and right ventricular ICT + IRT，ET interval，Tei index in CCAM without heart failure had no significant difference when compared with the control group （P 0.05）.The data of left and right ventricular ICT + IRT，ET interval，Tei index between the CCAM with heart failure and the control group had significant differences （P 0.01）.In the CCAM with hea
