柳叶刀形重睑术整形美容效果分析 　　[摘要]目的：探讨上睑皮肤松弛就医者实施“刀腹”位置在外眦部内上方的“柳叶刀形”切开去皮重睑术的手术效果。方法：对56例上睑皮肤松弛的就医者，设计“刀腹”位置在外眦部内上方的“柳叶刀形”个性化切开去皮重睑术，沿设计线锐性切开皮肤，去除多余松弛上睑皮肤、部分眼轮匝肌、自然疝出脂肪，一定程度上保留睑板前疏松结缔组织和毛细血管网，根据重睑成形原理，精细解剖对位缝合。结果：56例就医者采用此术式，术后随访6个月至1年，术后效果满意。愈后重睑自然柔和，外眦角充分显露，外眦部无臃肿，形态自然，仿生效果好。结论：对上睑皮肤松弛者，采取“刀腹”位置在外眦部内上方的“柳叶刀形”个性化切开去皮重睑术，去除多余松弛上睑皮肤，更为关键的是对外眦部常规处理的改良，术后充分显露外眦部，外观自然，美容效果良好。 　　[关键词]“柳叶刀形”去皮；切开法；仿生重睑术 　　[中图分类号]R622 [文献标志码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2015）14-0022-03 　　Abstract： Objective To observe the biomimetic effect in Lancet shaped double-eyelid at flank position in the lateral canthus in the blepharochalasis patients. Methods 56 cases of blepharochalasis patients，designLancet shapeddouble-eyelid with at flank position in the lateral canthus，incise the skin along the line，remove excess loose skin of upper eyelid，part of orbicularis muscle and natural fat hernia，retain the loose connective tissue and capillary network before the tarsus to a certain degree according to the principle of double eyelid，suture tip-to?Ctip finely. Results 56 cases of patients with this type of operation，followed-up postoperatively for six months to one year，the results of surgery were all satisfactory.After the operation，the double eyelid line looked soft and nature，the lateral canthus exposed fully without cumbersome，natural shape，good biomimetic effect. Conclusion Using the Lancet shaped double-eyelid with atflankposition in the lateral canthus in the blepharochalasis，remove excess loose skin of upper eyelid，and whats more，improving the conventional treatment of the lateral canthus，can fully expose the lateral canthus，ameliorate the shape，obtain a good biomimetic and cosmetic effect. 　　Key words：the lancet shapedpeel；incision；biomimetic double-eyelid 　　重睑术在临床美容手术中为最常见手术之一。常规重睑成形术可分为切开睑板固定法、缝线法和埋线法3类[1-4]。但是对于长期自用重睑贴导致上睑皮肤松弛的年轻就医者、因年龄老化导致上睑皮肤松弛的中老年就医者，过多的上睑皮肤不但覆盖眼球，导致外眦部臃肿、外眦角消失，同时出现中面部皮肤下垂、老化，睑裂变小，无神，单纯埋线重睑术或小切口重睑术，达不到去皮目的，即使重睑成形术后，重睑线较深，愈后难以自然美观；对于眶隔脂肪较多者，上睑臃肿，内眦、外眦部术后重睑不自然。传统切开去皮重睑术去除皮肤似椭圆形（如图1），所去除
