双分护理在腹膜透析患者中应用研究 　　【摘要】 目的：观察“双分”护理在腹膜透析患者中的应用效果。方法：选取2015年1月-2016年3月笔者所在医院收治的终末期肾病行腹膜透析患者80例作为研究对象，随机均分为试验组与对照组，各40例，对照组接受住院期指导、出院期知识技能考核及出院后定期电话随访，试验组接受分阶段教育与分级随访的“双分”护理模式干预，对两组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果：试验组腹膜透析观察患者干预后自护评分与生活质量评分均显著高于对照组，腹膜透析相关并发症发生率显著低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：采用分阶段教育与分级随访的“双分”护理对腹膜透析患者实施干预，有利于提高该类透析患者的自护水平，降低腹膜透析相关并发症发生率，提升生活质量。 　　【关键词】 “双分”护理； 腹膜透析； 教育； 随访 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.36.058 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）36-0112-03 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the application effect of “double points”nursing in peritoneal dialysis patients.Method：From January 2015 to March 2016，80 cases in our hospital with end-stage renal disease undergoing peritoneal dialysis were selected as the research objects，randomly divided into the test group and the control group，40 cases in each group.The control group received hospitalization guidance，knowledge and skills assessment and discharge period and the regular telephone follow-up after discharge.The experimental group received phased education and grading follow-up“double point”nursing intervention，the observation indexes were compared of the two groups after the intervention.Result：The score and life quality score of self-care in experimental group after the intervention of peritoneal dialysis patients were significantly higher than those of the control group，peritoneal dialysis incidence was significantly lower than that in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The phased education and grading follow-up“double point”nursing intervention on peritoneal dialysis patients can improve the level of self-care，reduce the incidence of peritoneal dialysis-related complications and promote the level of quality of life. 　　【Key words】 “Double point”nursing； Peritoneal dialysis； Education； Follow-up 　　First-author’s address：Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University，Xiamen 361004，China 　　腹膜透析以其?r格低廉、居家可行、不存在交叉感染风险、不对血流动力学形成明显影响等诸多优势而为终末期肾病患者广泛接纳[1]。伴随腹膜透析治疗技术之提升
