百会 透曲鬓 对急性脑出血大鼠脑组织MMP9表达影响实验研究 　　【摘要】 目的 通过观察“百会”透“曲鬓” 头针疗法对急性脑出血大鼠脑组织中MMP-9表达的影响来揭示对脑损伤拮抗作用的相关机制。方法 选取健康雄性Wistar大鼠160只随机分为三组:模型组、针刺组、西药组,每组50只大鼠,每组再随机分为6 h、1 d、2 d、3 d、7 d五个亚组,每个亚组10只大鼠;制备脑出血模型;另设10只正常大鼠作为空白组。针刺组针刺患侧“百会”透“曲鬓”穴。运用免疫组化方法检测各组大鼠脑组织中MMP-9阳性细胞的表达。结果 各造模组大鼠术后均出现不同程度的MMP-9阳性细胞表达增多现象。模型组大鼠术后6 h即出现明显的MMP-9表达增加;2 d时达高峰;3 d时出现缓慢下降;7 d时MMP-9表达仍高于空白组。针刺组MMP-9阳性细胞表达低于模型组和西药组,与模型组比较在相同时间点均差异有统计学意义(P0.01);与西药组比较在6 h~2 d时差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。西药组MMP-9表达在1~7 d时低于模型组(P0.01)。结论 “百会”透“曲鬓”可能在脑出血急性期通过抑制内源性MMP-9表达的途径发挥拮抗脑损伤作用。 　　【关键词】 　　“百会”透“曲鬓”;头针疗法;脑出血;基质金属蛋白酶-9 　　 　　Experimental study of the influence on expression of MMP-9 by BaiHui-QuBin scalp-acupuncture in rats of acute intercerebral hemorrhage 　　 　　ZHANG Guo-wei,ZOU Wei,LIU Fang,et al.The Medical College of Inner Mongolia University,028000; Department of Neurology,theFirst Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University,Harbin 15000,China 　　 　　【Abstract】 Objective To reveal the correlated mechanism of the antagonism on brain injury in the rats of acute intracerebral hemorrhage through observing the influence on the expression of MMP-9in brain tissue by BaiHui-QuBin scalp-acupuncture.Methods Selected the healthy Wistar male 160 rats by examination.The rats were assigned into 3 groups randomly:the model set,the pinprick set and the western medicine set,each group contained 50 rats.Each set were again divided into five subsets of 6 hours,1 day,2 days,3 days,7 days,and contained 10 rats in each.All rats were made to be the intracerebral hemorrhage model.Another 10 rats were assigned as the matched blank set.The rats of the pinprick set were acupunctured on the trouble side by BaiHui-QuBin scalp-acupuncture.We detected the positive expressions ofMMP-9in brain tissue of each set with the methods of immunohistochemistry.Results All of the rats after being made model appeared the phenomenon of multiplication of expression of MMP-9.The rats of the model set appeared the phenomenon of multiplication of expression of MM
