中医情志护理对脑外伤患者心理状态及生活质量的影响研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探究脑外伤患者应用中医情志护理干预对患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。 方法 方便选取该院2016年2月―2017年2月收治的100例脑外伤患者按照随机数表法分为观察组（n=50）与对照组（n=50），对照组采用常规心理护理干预，观察组采用中医情志护理干预，比较两组干预前后SDS评分、SAS评分和SF-36生活质量评分。 结果 干预后两组SDS评分、SAS评分均显著降低（P0.05），观察组干预后SDS评分（38.53±3.28）分、SAS评分（33.26±7.93）分显著低于对照组（41.69±4.78）分、（39.44±9.28）分，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；干预后两组各项SF-36生活质量评分均有显著提高（P0.05），观察组干预后SF-36生活质量评分（78.27±19.34）显著高于对照组（66.17±17.35）分，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 中医情志护理可以显著改善脑外伤患者心理状态，提高患者生活质量和临床治疗效果，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 脑外伤；中医情志护理；心理状态；生活质量 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）12（a）-0137-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of TCM mental nursing on the mental state and quality of life of brain injury patients. Methods 100 cases of patients with brain injury patients admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each， the control group adopted the routine mental nursing intervention， while the observation group adopted the TCM mental nursing intervention， and the SDS score， SAS score and SF-36 quality of life score of the two groups before and after intervention were compared. Results After intervention， the SDS score and SAS score of the two groups obviously decreased（P0.05）， and the SDS score and SAS score in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group[（38.53±3.28）points， （33.26±7.93）points vs （41.69±4.78）points，（39.44±9.28）points]， and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）， and the various scores of SF-36 quality of life of the two groups obviously increased（P0.05）， and the SF-36 quality of life score in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group， [（78.27±19.34）points vs （66.17±17.35）points]， and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.
