两种不同手术方法修复拇指末端缺损的效果对照研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨手指掌侧推进皮瓣修复拇指末端软组织缺损与尺动脉腕上穿支皮瓣修复拇指末端软组织缺损两种手术方法的效果。 方法 选取2013年12月～2016年12月我院收治的拇指末端缺损患者106例作为临床研究对象。将行手指掌侧推进皮瓣修复拇指末端软组织缺损的病例作为对照组，共53例；将行尺动脉腕上穿支皮瓣修复拇指末端软组织缺损的病例作为实验组，共53例。观察两组患者的伸屈功能分级、感觉分级和皮瓣血运。 结果 实验组伸屈功能分级、感觉分级均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 尺动脉腕上穿支皮瓣修复拇指末端软组织缺损对于术后手指功能恢复和感觉恢复具有较好的效果。 　　[关键词] 手指掌侧推进皮瓣；尺动脉腕上穿支皮瓣；拇指缺损；术后恢复 　　[中图分类号] R658.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）26-0014-06 　　A comparative study on the effect of two different surgical methods for repairing the distal defect of thumb 　　CHEN Yi LI Wendong 　　Department of Hand Surgery， Ningbo Sixth Hospital， Ningbo 315040， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect between the two surgical methods of finger volar advancement flap and superior ulnar artery perforator flap in repairing the distal soft tissue defect of the thumb. Methods 106 patients with distal defect of the thumb who were admitted to our hospital from December 2013 to December 2016 were selected as the clinical subjects. A total of 53 cases of the patients receiving finger volar advancement flap in repairing the distal soft tissue defect of the thumb were selected as the control group； a total of 53 patients receiving superior ulnar artery perforator flap in repairing the distal soft tissue defect of the thumb were selected as the experimental group. The grade of extension and flexion function， sensory grade and flap blood flow were observed in both groups. Results The grade of extension and flexion and the sensory grade were higher in the experimental group than those in the control group， and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.
