中西结合护理对小儿腹泻治疗有效性及住院时间的影响分析 　　【摘要】 目的：分析研讨中西结合护理对小儿腹泻治疗有效性及住院时间的影响。方法：采用随机抽签方式，从笔者所在医院2015年3月-2016年4月收治的小儿腹泻疾病者中抽取90例，将患儿按入院单双顺序号分为对照组45例（常规护理）和研究组45例（中西结合护理），对比讨论两组患儿的临床护理状况。结果：研究组治疗总有效率93.33%，高于对照组的80.00%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。对比两组患儿住院时间，研究组（5.2±1.9）d，短于对照组的（9.5±3.6）d，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：临床可给予小儿腹泻疾病者中西结合护理，其疗效突出，患儿住院时间得到缩短，其应用性和推广性均较大。 　　【关键词】 住院时间； 有效性； 小儿腹泻； 护理； 中西结合 　　doi：10.14033/ki.cfmr.2017.30.046 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）30-0092-02 　　Analysis of the Effect of Combined Chinese and Western Nursing on the Treatment Effectiveness and Hospitalization Time of Infantile Diarrhea/ZHANG Xiao-ya.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15（30）：92-93 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the effect of combined Chinese and western nursing on the treatment effectiveness and hospitalization time of children with diarrhea.Method：By random draw，90 children with diarrhea disease were selected from our hospital from March 2015 to April 2016.The 90 cases were divided into control group（conventional care） and study group（combination of Chinese and western nursing） according to the single and double sequence number，45 cases in each group.The status of clinical nursing comparison of the two groups were compared.Result：The total efficacy of the study group was 93.33%，higher than that of the control group of 80.00%，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Comparing the two groups of hospital stay time，the study group of （5.2±1.9）d was shorter than that of the control group of （9.5±3.6）d，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical application of traditional Chinese and western nursing care for children with diarrhea disease has outstanding curative effect，shorter hospitalization time；and its application and popularization are larger. 　　【Key words】 Hospitalization time； Effectiveness； Infantile diarrhea； Nursing； Combination of Chinese and western medicine 　　First-author’s address：The Second People’s Hospital of Haimen，Haimen 226121，China
