The level red cells’ CD58 of the liver cancer group was significantly lower than the other patients groups. But there was no significantly difference between the carriers and liver cirrhosis group.Conclusion: The level of red cells’ CD58 is a good indicator to judge the development of the illness. 　　[Key words]CD58; Hepatitis B; Liver cirrhosis; Liver cancer 　　 　　红细胞膜表面存在多种免疫分子，其参与机体识别抗原、清除循环免疫复合物、增强巨噬细胞的吞噬功能和调控淋巴细胞等非特异性和特异性免疫反应，在抗感染、抗肿瘤和免疫自稳过程中发挥重要作用。为此，我们测定乙肝病毒感染的正常携带者、肝硬化及肝癌患者红细胞CD58分子的水平变化，以探讨其与乙肝病毒感染病情发展的关系。 　　1资料与方法 　　1.1 临床资料 　　2007年1～12月广东医学院附属医院和附属中心医院临床收治的乙肝病毒感染的正常携带者、肝硬化、原发性肝癌患者共93例，男63例，女30例。30名健康体检者作为正常对照组。各组的乙肝病毒检测表面抗原（HBSAg）均为阳性，性别和年龄无统计学差异。小牛血清购自杭州四季青公司。抗体均购自博士德生物公司。 　　1.2方法 　　取受检者清晨空腹静脉血2 ml，枸橼酸钠
