中西医结合治疗慢性期浆细胞性乳腺炎的效果评价 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨中西医结合治疗慢性期浆细胞性乳腺炎的临床效果。 方法 选取本院2012年1月～2014年9月收治的100例慢性期浆细胞性乳腺炎患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各50例。对照组采用常规乳管灌洗联合局部封闭治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上采用中药口服治疗。比较两组治疗前后的乳房疼痛情况、情绪改善和复发情况。 结果 观察组治疗后的乳房疼痛缓解情况、情绪症状改善情况显著优于治疗前和对照组治疗后，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组治疗后的总复发率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 中西医结合治疗慢性期浆细胞性乳腺炎效果显著，能够降低复发率。 　　[关键词] 中西医结合；浆细胞性乳腺炎；保守治疗 　　[中图分类号] R655.8 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）03（b）-0153-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic-phase plasma cell mastitis. Methods 100 patients with chronic phase plasma cell mastitis from January 2012 to September 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional ductal lavage combined with partial closure，the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The condition of breast pain，emotion improvement before and after treatment and recurrence condition in the two groups was compared. Results The condition of the breast pain relief and the emotional symptom improvement after treatment in the observation group was better than that before treatment and in the control group after treatment，with significant difference （P0.05）.The total recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.
