临床护士急救配合技能培训方案的建立与优化 　　[摘要] 目的 研究并建立对临床护士进行急救配合技能培训的方案，并在实施过程中进行优化，以提高对临床护士进行急救技能培训的效果。 方法 从本院临床科室随机抽取80个培训小组，随机分成单项培训组和配合培训组，比较两组的考核结果。 结果 培训前，单项培训组、配合培训组的考核合格率分别为30.0%、22.5%，两组的考核结果差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。培训后，单项培训组、配合培训组的考核合格率分别为67.5%、87.5%，两组的考核结果差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 情景模拟配合培训能够提高临床护士急救技能培训的效果，其急救配合能力明显提高，能够增强临床护士在急救过程中的应急能力、医护配合能力，从而提高对患者的紧急抢救效率及抢救成功率。 　　[关键词] 情景模拟；配合培训；单项培训；急救配合 　　[中图分类号] R192.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）02（a）-0138-03 　　Establishment and optimization of training plan of first aid coordination skill in clinical nurses 　　LUO Feng-xian 　　Department of Emergency，Donghua Hospital of Dongguan in Guangdong Provicne，Dongguan 523110，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study and establish the training plan of first aid coordination skill in clinical nurses，and optimize the plan in the implementation process in order to improve the effect of first aid skill training in clinical nurses. Methods 80 training groups from clinical departments in our hospital were randomly selected，and were randomly divided into the individual training group and cooperation training group，the results of the appraisal in the two groups was compared. Results Before training，the qualified rate of examination in the the individual training group and cooperation training group was 30.0% and 22.5% respectively，and there was no statistical difference of the two groups （P0.05），after the qualified rate of examination in the the individual training group and cooperation training group was 67.5% and 87.5% respectively，and there was a statistical difference of the two groups（P0.05）. Conclusion Scenario simulation cooperation training can improve the effect of first aid skills training in clinical nurses，can increase the cooperation ability of first aid，can enhance the emergency capacity，the ability to cooperate with the doctors and nurses of clinical nurses in the emergency process to improve the efficiency of emergency rescue and the sucess rate of rescue for patents. 　　[Key words] Scena
