以挑战为主(CBL)的教学模式在护理教育应用的可行性研究
摘要:目的 探讨以挑战为主的教学模式在护理教育中应用的价值和可行性。方法 此研究以54名高等学校的护理老师为调查对象。用幻灯片介绍CBL后调查这些老师对此模式在护理教育的应用价值及可行性的看法。以频数和百分比进行统计分析。结果 尽管大多数老师(88.9%)同意以挑战为主的学习模式在护理教育中有应用价值,但只有74.1%的老师认为此教学模式可行。有25.9%的老师认为应用此模式对老师提出了很高的要求,担心学校没有足够的人力和物力实施此模式。结论 尽管目前部分高校护理老师对CBL的应用有疑虑,但教育应该是前瞻性的。相信将来能把CBL模式应用到护理教育中,这样可以促进护理教育更全面更多元的发展。

Research on of the Feasibility of Applying the Challenge Based Learning Model in Nursing Education

Abstract:Objective This study aimed to investigate the feasibility of applying the challenge based leaning (CBL) model in nursing education. Methods This study included a total of 54 nursing teachers from a medical college and an affiliated hospital. After the lecture of introducing the content and framework of CBL, this study used a cross-sectional survey method. Data analysis was used descriptive analysis of the number and frequency. Results While most teachers (88.9%) agreed with the value of applying the CBL model into nursing education, only 74.1% of teachers doubt the feasibility of applying this model into nursing education. Some teachers (25.9%) think that applying this model into teaching needs high requirement to nursing teachers and worry about the medical college lacking of enough human resources to implement this model. Conclusion Although current part of nursing teachers have reservation on applying CBL into nursing education, education should have a prospective view. We believe that in a near future CBL model can be applied into nursing education for enhancing the quality of nursing education development in a more comprehensive and multivariate way.
