亚低温与常温疗法在重症脑出血患者中的应用效果比较观察 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨亚低温疗法在重症脑出血患者中的应用效果及临床价值。方法：将82例重症脑出血患者根据是否给予亚低温治疗，分为观察组44例和对照组38例，对照组患者在常温下给予对症支持治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予亚低温疗法治疗，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗7 d后血肿体积明显小于对照组（P0.05），神经功能缺损评分明显低于对照组（P0.05）。结论：亚低温疗法用于重症脑出血患者中，有利于患者神经功能恢复，对减轻脑损伤、降低病死率有积极意义。 　　【关键词】 亚低温； 重症脑出血； 神经功能 　　Contrast and Analysis of the Application Effects of Mild Hypothcrmia and Normal Temperature Treatment on Serious Cerebral Hemorrhage/WANG Fa-wen.//Medical Innovation of China，2013，10（35）：106-107 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To investigate the application effects and clinical values of mild hypothcrmia on the treatment of serious cerebral hemorrhage. Method： 82 cases of serious cerebral hemorrhage were divided into the observation group （44 cases） and the control group （38 cases） according to whether to take mild hypothcrmia treatment. The control group was given the symptomatic and supportive treatment in normal temperature， while the observation group was given the mild hypothcrmia in addition to the conventional treatment. The clinical effects of both groups were observed. Result： After treatment for 7 days， the hematoma volume of the observation group was significantly smaller than that of the control group （P0.05）. The neurologic impairment scale of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P0.05）.
