以问题为导向的护理干预对胃癌患者术后心理状态及生活质量的影响分析 　　【摘 要】目的：探究以问题为导向的护理干预对胃癌患者术后心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法：收取本次研究胃癌患者90例，时间为2015年10月18日至2017年12月26日，后对收取对象进行随机分组，即观察组――实施以问题为导向的护理干预；对照组――采取常规护理干预，对2组心理状态、生活质量以及护理满意度进行观察和分析。结果：观察组胃癌患者心理状态评分显著优于对照组各项指标，P值0.05。观察组胃癌患者生活质量评分均高于对照组，2组间相比较，P0.05。观察组胃癌患者护理满意度97.78%，高于对照组，P0.05。结论：以问题为导向的护理干预对胃癌患者术后心理状态及生活质量均具有改善作用，同时还能有效提高护理满意度，值得研究。 　　【关键词】以问题为导向的护理干预；胃癌；心理状态；生活质量 　　Effect of problem-oriented nursing intervention on postoperative psychological status and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer 　　Hong Chen （ Hospital of Handan Medical Center Chengdu， Sichuan 611530） 　　Abstract Objective： To explore the effect of problem-oriented nursing intervention on postoperative psychological status and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer. METHODS： A total of 90 patients with gastric cancer were enrolled in this study from October 18， 2015 to December 26， 2017. They were then randomly assigned to the recipients， ie， the observation group―implementing a problem-oriented nursing intervention； Group--Using routine nursing interventions， observed and analyzed 2 groups of mental status， quality of life， and satisfaction with care. Results： The scores of psychological status of gastric cancer patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （P0.05）. The scores of quality of life of gastric cancer patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The difference between the two groups was P0.05. The care satisfaction of observation group was 97.78% in the observation group， which was higher than that in the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion： The problem-oriented nursing intervention can improve the postoperative psychological status and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer.
