儿童牙齿畸形预防及阻断性矫正必要性和方法探究 　　摘要：目的 探讨儿童牙齿畸形的预防方法以及阻断性矫正的必要性和方法。方法 选取2013～2016年我院收治的600例牙齿畸形患儿作为研究对象，均对600例儿童实施阻断性矫正，观察600例患儿的矫正治疗效果，探讨牙齿畸形的预防方法及阻断性矫正的必要性。结果 600例患儿的矫正治疗优良率为85.2%，矫正治疗满意度为95.3%，矫正治疗前600例患儿的咀嚼效率为（0.339±0.102），矫正治疗后600例患儿的咀嚼效率为（0.748±0.176），600例患儿矫正治疗前后的咀嚼效率比较存在的差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 阻断性矫正治疗儿童牙齿畸形，不仅能够有效改善患儿咀嚼功能，还能提升患儿颌面美观度，具有实施的必要性。我国临床应积极探讨儿童牙齿畸形的预防方法，尽量做到儿童牙齿畸形的早期防治和早期治疗，减轻牙齿畸形对儿童生长发育的影响。 　　关键词：儿童牙齿畸形；阻断性矫正；预防；必要性 　　Abstract：Objective To explore the preventive methods and the necessity and methods of the prevention and correction of the deformity of the teeth in children. Methods From 2013 to 2016 in our hospital 600 cases of dental deformity in children as the research object， the implementation of blocking correction of 600 children， the effect of orthodontic treatment was performed on 600 cases， discuss the method to prevent tooth deformity and blocking the necessity of correction. Results Orthodontic treatment excellent rate was 85.2% in 600 cases， orthodontic treatment satisfaction was 95.3%， 600 patients before orthodontic treatment for the masticatory efficiency （0.339±0.102）， 600 cases after orthodontic treatment for the masticatory efficiency （0.748±0.176）， 600 cases were corrected difference of masticatory efficiency before and after treatment of the existing with statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion Blocking correction in the treatment of childrens teeth deformity， not only can effectively improve the childrens chewing function， but also improve the facial aesthetic degree of children， with the necessity of the implementation.
