化学发光法测C肽胰岛素对糖尿病诊断价值分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析化学发光法测C肽、胰岛素对糖尿病的诊断价值。 方法 抽取该院于2014年4月―2015年11月期间收治的80例糖尿病患者，将其设为观察组，抽取同期到该院体检的80名健康人群，将其设为对照组，两组受检人员均采用化学发光法测C肽、胰岛素，分析其临床诊断价值。 结果 两组受检人员分别经过检测后可知，餐前C肽以及餐后3 h C肽水平经对比后差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；餐前胰岛素水平以及餐后3 h胰岛素水平经对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 化学发光法能够有效测出C肽、胰岛素水平，具有临床诊断价值。 　　[关键词] 化学发光法；C肽；胰岛素；诊断 　　[中图分类号] R59 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）01（a）-0054-02 　　Analysis of Diagnosis Value of Chemiluminescent Immunoassay in Measuring C peptid and Insulin on Diabetes 　　GUO Yan 　　Department of Clinical Laboratory， Baotou Eighth Hospital of Inner Mongolia，Baotou，Inner Mongolia， 014040 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the diagnosis value of chemiluminescent immunoassay in measuring C peptid and insulin on diabetes. Methods 80 cases of patients with diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2014 to November 2015 were selected as the observation group， while 80 cases of healthy people in our hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group， and the C peptid and insulin of the two groups were measured by the chemiluminescent immunoassay， and the clinical diagnosis value was analyzed. Results The test showed that the differences in the C peptid before dinner and C peptid level at 3h after dinner between the two groups had statistical significance（P0.05）， and the insulin level before dinner and insulin at 3h after dinner between the two groups had statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion The chemiluminescent immunoassay can effectively measure the C peptid and insulin levels with clinical diagnosis value. 　　[Key words] Chemiluminescent immunoassay； C peptid； Insulin； Diagnosis 　　化?W发光法具有较高的灵敏度，同时检测速度较快，逐渐应用于医院临床诊断中[1]。该研究对该院于2014年4月―2015年11月间收治的患者以及健康体检人群分别选择此方法进行检查，现将其检查结果报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　抽取该院收治的80例糖尿病患者，将其设为观察组，男性患者和女性患者的比例为45∶35，年龄48～66岁，平均年龄为（56.9±6.2）岁，抽取同期到该院体检的80名健康人群，将其设为对照组，男性和女性的比例为40∶40，年龄46～68岁，平均年龄为（57.1±8.6）岁。两组受检人员的一般资料经对比分析后可知，差异无统计学意义（P0.05），数据之间的临床可比性有所加强。
