前路减压植骨融合内固定术治疗脊髓型颈椎病临床效果评价 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨前路减压植骨融合内固定术治疗脊髓型颈椎病的临床效果。 方法 方便择取该院2013年5月―2015年4月收治的90例脊髓型颈椎病患者为研究对象，随机分为2组，其中，45例对照组行单纯减压植骨融入术，45例观察组采用前路减压植骨融合内固定术，对比两组患者的手术各项指征、JOA评分、疼痛评分。结果 观察组患者的手术时间（54.52±1.21）min、术中出血量（40.64±2.31）mL及JOA评分（13.30±2.53）分均较对照组更具有优势（P0.05）；经治疗后，两组患者上肢疼痛及颈肩痛评分均得到了改善，但观察组改善差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 前路减压植骨融合内固定术治疗脊髓型颈椎病效果显著，值得在临床上推广并借鉴。 　　[关键词] 前路减压植骨融合内固定术；脊髓型颈椎病；效果 　　[中图分类号] R687.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）10（a）-0013-03 　　Evaluation of Clinical Effect of Anterior Decompression and Bone Graft Fusion and Internal Fixation in Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis Myelopathy 　　LOU Wen-jie， CHE Biao， WANG Kai ，QIN Song ，LIU Jun ，YU Zhong-bin ，ZOU Kai 　　Department of Orthopedics， General Hospital of Yangtze River Shipping， Wuhan， Hubei Province， 430010 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of anterior decompression and bone graft fusion and internal fixation in the treatment of cervical spondylosis myelopathy.Methods Convenient chooses May 2013 to April 2015 90 cases of spinal cord type cervical spondylosis patients，were randomly divided into two groups，45 cases of control group underwent decompression bone grafting into the surgery，45 cases in observation group were treated with anterior decompression and bone graft fusion and internal fixation，compared two groups of patients with surgery the refers to the symptoms，pain score，JOA score.Results In the observation group，operation time（54.52±1.21）min，intraoperative blood loss（40.64±2.31）mL and the JOA score（13.30±2.53）scores were compared with the control group has more advantages（P0.05）；after treatment，two groups of patients with upper extremity pain and neck and shoulder pain scores were improved，but the observation group improved mores ignificantly（P0.05）.Conclusion Anterior decompression graft bone fusion and internal fixation in the treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy effect is significant，it is worth in clinical widely and reference. 　　[Key words] Ante
