前路病灶清除钛网异体骨植骨内固定治疗多节段颈椎结核疗效分析 　　摘 要：目的 分析前路病灶清除、?网异体骨植骨内固定在治疗多节段颈椎结核的有效性与安全性，为临床治疗提供参考。方法 本研究在医院内部选取了2013年1月～2015年1月收治的20例多节段颈椎结核患者作为研究对象，统一对其实施前路病灶清除联合钛网异体骨植骨内固定进行治疗，对比分析患者手术前后的临床指标和矢状面序列参数，同时调查患者术后的JOA评分改善率和并发症发生率。结果 患者手术后的各项临床指标均显著优于手术前，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；患者手术后的各项颈椎矢状面序列参数均显著优于手术前，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；患者随访2年后的的JOA评分改善率为95.00%，并发症发生率为0，且随访2年后所有患者均达到了Ⅱ级以上骨愈合。结论 前路病灶清除联合钛网异体骨植骨内固定可以有效实现对多节段颈椎结核患者的治疗，治疗效果好，并发症少，具有较高的安全性，值得应用推广。 　　关键词：前路病灶清除；钛网异体骨植骨内固定；多节段颈椎结核；有效性 　　中图分类号：R687.3 文献标识码：B DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1006-1959.2018.06.066 　　文章编号：1006-1959（2018）06-0183-03 　　Therapeutic Effect of Anterior Debridement and Titanium Mesh Allogeneic Bone Grafting for the Treatment of Multi-segment Cervical Spondylosis 　　PAN Wei1，CAO Kai2 　　（1.Department of Orthopedics，Pingxiang Peoples Hospital，Pingxiang 337009，Jiangxi，China； 　　2.Department of Spinal Surgery，the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University，Nanchang 330000，Jiangxi，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of anterior debridement and titanium mesh allograft bone graft fixation in the treatment of multilevel cervical tuberculosis.Methods From January 2013 to January 2015，20 patients with multilevel cervical tuberculosis were selected as the study subjects.They were treated by anterior focal debridement combined with titanium mesh allograft and internal fixation.The clinical parameters and sagittal sequence parameters before and after operation were compared，and the postoperative JOA score improvement rate and complication rate were investigated.Results All the clinical indexes of the patients were significantly better than those before the operation，and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The cervical sagittal alignment parameters of patients after surgery were significantly better than before the surgery，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）；patients were followed up for 2 years after the JOA score improvement rate was 95.00%，the complication rate was 0，and after 2
