右美托咪定对老年患者围术期心肌功能影响观察 　　[摘要] 目的 观察右美托咪定用于老年患者对围手术期心肌功能的保护作用。 方法 选择58例择期行全髋置换术的老年患者随机分为两组，观察组29例，在麻醉诱导前给予右美托咪定静注，对照组29例，不额外给予右美托咪定或其他影响心肌功能的药物，对两组的心肌缺血性改变发生率及血流变学以及血清cTnⅠ及GP-BB的变化情况进行观察及比较。 结果 观察组心电图心肌缺血性改变发生率6.90%明显低于对照组31.03%;手术结束时两组的血清cTnⅠ及GP-BB均较麻醉前升高（P0.05），观察组手术结束时的血清cTnⅠ及GP-BB较对照组降低（P0.05）;两组麻醉前的血压及心率相差不大，插管时和拔管后观察组的心率及血压波动明显优于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 右美托咪定在老年患者围术期具有一定的心肌保护功能，可起到稳定老年患者的血流变学作用，使老年患者围术期心肌损伤得到有效的降低。 　　[关键词] 右美托咪定;心肌功能;老年患者 　　[中图分类号] R614 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2015）02-46-03 　　The observation of the perioperative myocardial function of dexmedetomidine given in elderly patients 　　HUANG Xu 　　First Peoples Hospital of Zhaoqing City in Guangdong Province，Zhaoqing 526020，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the protective effect of dexmedetomidine in the perioperative myocardial function of elderly patients.
