原发性典型与不典型三叉神经痛MVD疗效分析 　　【摘要】 目的：研究并探讨微血管减压术（microvacular decompression，MVD）对原发性典型三叉神经痛与不典型三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法：于2014年1月-2017年1月随机抽取50例原发性典型三叉神经痛患者和50例原发性不典型三叉神经痛患者，设置为典型组、不典型组，均接受微血管减压术治疗，比较两组临床疗效、术后并发症发生率、疼痛评分、睡眠质量指数、复发率。结果：两组患者的总有效率、并发症发生率比较，差异均无统计学意义（字2=0.709、1.778，P0.05）；两组术后第1、3个月的疼痛评分、睡眠质量指数比较，差异均无统计学意义（P0.05），而术后第6个月，典型组的疼痛评分、睡眠质量指数均低于不典型组，差异均有统计学意义（t=5.424、5.741，P0.05）；典型组复发率低于不典型组，差异有统计学意义（字2=4.891，P0.05）。结论：采用微血管减压术治疗原发性典型三叉神经痛与不典型三叉神经痛均具有显著的临床效果，但不典型三叉神经痛患者易复发。 　　【关键词】 三叉神经痛； 微血管减压术； 疼痛评分 　　doi：10.14033/ki.cfmr.2018.4.011 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2018）04-0023-02 　　The Primary Efficacy Analysis of Typical and Atypical Trigeminal Neuralgia with MVD/YAO Caizhong，GU Shaokui.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2018，16（4）：23-24 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study and explore the clinical curative effect of microvascular decompression（MVD） on primary trigeminal neuralgia with typical and atypical trigeminal neuralgia.Method：From January 2014 to January 2017，a random sample of 50 patients with primary typical trigeminal neuralgia patients and 50 patients with primary atypical trigeminal neuralgia patients were respectively set as the typical group and atypical group，underwent microvascular decompression in the treatment.Compared the clinical efficacy，the incidence of postoperative complications，pain score，sleep quality index，recurrence rate of two groups.Result：Compared the total efficiency and complications of the two groups，the differences were not statistically significant（字2=0.709，1.778，P0.05）；after first month and third months of operation，the two groups had no significant difference in pain scores and sleep quality indexes（P0.05）；after sixth months of the operation，the typical group in pain score，sleep quality indexes were lower than those in the typical group，the differences were statistically significant（t=5.424，5.741，P0.05）；the recurrence rate was lower than that of the typical group，the difference was statistically significant（字2=4.891，P0.05）.Conclusion：Mic
