基于创新价值链视角企业创新绩效评估 　　摘要：从创新价值链分析方法出发，将企业创新过程进行分解，重构企业创新知识获取模型、创新知识转化模型以及创新绩效模型，结合我国中关村知春路地区高技术企业数据，分析我国典型技术创新区域中企业创新的产生及创新绩效的影响因素。实证结果显示：企业内部研发活动受到以企业技术引进、产学研合作、出口活动以及创新资金获取活动为代表的企业外部知识获取活动的影响，内部RD与外部知识获取活动存在互补关系；企业内部RD是影响企业创新产出（产品创新及专利）的主要因素，政府的补贴及税收优惠政策也影响企业创新产出；企业创新产出对于企业生产率的提升具有显著的积极作用。 　　关键词：创新价值链；知识获取；知识转化；创新绩效 　　DOI：10.13956/j.ss.1001-8409.2015.11.01 　　中图分类号：F204；G301文献标识码：A 文章编号：1001-8409（2015）11-0001-05 　　Abstract：According to the innovation value chain analysis method， the enterprise innovation process is decomposed to enterprise innovation model of knowledge acquisition， knowledge transformation model as well as the innovation performance model in this paper. Combined with high technology enterprise data of Zhongguancun Science Park in China， it analyzes the typical regional technology innovation in the influence factors of the formation of enterprise innovation and innovation performance. Empirical results show that， internal RD activities by enterprises are affected by technology introduction， research cooperation， export activities and innovation funding acquisition activities， which are all included in external knowledge acquisition activities. There is a complementary relationship between the internal RD and external knowledge acquisition activities， internal RD is the main factor affecting business innovation output （product innovation and patents）， the government subsidies and tax incentives also affect innovation output.
