A Abstract I II Abstract New product development (RD) capability is one of the core competitiveness of an enterprise. For manufacturing enterprises, new product development capability related to the key capabilities enterprises in the fierce competition whether it can continue to survive or not. In recent years, as the project management ideas and methods used in the new product development process, it greatly increased the level of efficiency and RD management of the new product development. Based on the theoretical basis of RD Management Path Management Theory, the integrated development of management theory, project management and the project portfolio management, the emerging business strategies and projects——the integrated project management and corporate strategy and the business management project idea are applied for TE company that is the world type of industry business models. The new product development project management of TE company were analyzed and optimized depth research on corporate governance practices TE analysis and research to verify the theory and philosophy. Firstly, from the dimension of macro and overall management framework, this paper analyzes the relationships between strategies and projects, projects and operations, and the relationship of those concepts. On this basis, build a TE companys overall management system model, clearly illustrates how the projects and operations to play a role in the overall system, and support the achievement of strategic objectives. Secondly, in the TOP models and concepts, this paper is built on deep into the TOP model which analyzed and optimized the RD project organization, team and process.
