华 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 I I 摘 要 航空物流服务商是航空业中第三方物流服务的重要支撑者，其作用在航空物流 企业中的地位更是举足轻重的。航空物流企业面临以下迫切解决的问题：如何客观 评价物流服务商；如何正确选择物流服务商；如何科学管理物流服务商；如何才能 真正做到高效方式去达到航空物流业中服务最优和成本最低之间的平衡。对这些问 题的讨论和研究也是本文研究的目的。 本文对物流服务商进行绩效评价和管理研究,主要是从航空物流公司的角度,针 对整个物流运输组织、实施等活动进行研究和对物流服务商的评价，运输活动不限 于本企业的运输活动，而是对于其货物的整个运输过程全程的关注和管理，根据航 空物流公司总的战略目标，一定时期内对第三方物流的选择，对航空物流服务商的 进行绩效评价和全面的管理，从而实现整个物流活动高效的目的。本文主要从物流 运输相关知识分析、绩效评价指标体系和指标设置、绩效评价方法研究、具体物流 运输绩效的案例分析与评价等角度着手进行研究。从点到面进行分析，找出一套适 宜货运航空公司的货运服务商的评价体系和管理体系。 关键词：航空物流企业 航空物流服务商评价 层次分析法 熵权系数法 评价模型 II II Abstract Aviation logistics providers of the third party logistics service industry make the important role in aviation logistics, they are also very important in the aviation logistics enterprise.Therefore, the aviation logistics enterprises will face the following questions: how to evaluate logistics providers fairly, How to choose the correct logistics providers, How to manage logistics providers, How can truly effective ways to achieve aviation logistics service in the optimal balance between best service and the lowest cost. These problems will be well discussed and studied in this paper. In the thesis ,I will make a further study in logistics service providers’ performance evaluation and management research. The study is mainly in aviation logistics company.According to the whole logistics transport organization.Transport activities are not limited to this enterprise transportation activities, but for the entire transport of goods of the whole attention and management.According to the general aviation logistics company strategic goals, a certain period of time, the choice of third-party logistics service suppliers of performance evaluation and comprehensive management, so as to achieve the purpose of efficient logistics activity.
