II II 本文以 DFMEA 到 FEA 到 SPC 的这一流程为主线。对本公司 U 型液 压系统的关键零部件进行分析研究,取得了显著的成效。 关键词:先期失效模式及后果分析,有限元优化设计,统计过程控 制(SPC),壳体,端盖,装配部件 I III FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS OPTIMIZATION DESIGN AND STATISTIC PROCESS CONTROL FOR HOUSING, CENTERSECTION WITHIN HYDROSTATIC TRANSMISSION SYSTEM ABSTRACT From the engineering view in program development process, the reliability of U style hydrostatic transmission is deeply analyzed of with FMEA theory (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis). Based on the result of DFMEA, key components of U style hydrostatic transmission is accurately analyzed and optimized with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) module in IDEAS software. During the process of Finite Element Analysis, by comparing the different FEA modeling approaches, general modeling rules are developed; critical control points and general modeling techniques are defined for key components, such as housing, centersection and the assembly; detailed Finite Element Analysis Simulations are implemented. According to the FEA results and real test records, optimization plans are made for the products. Finally, according to the significance of critical dimension, critical dimensions control by Statistic Process control is introduced and implemented in mass production. The key sections for the dissertation are Failure Mode and Effects PAGE PAGE IV Analysis, FEAnalysis for centersection and its optimization, The assembly FEAnalysis for Housing, Gasket and Centersection; Statistic Process Control for centersection. According to the analysis results of U style Hydrostatic transmission, the key components are defined. The main clue from DFMEA to FEA to SPC guides the design, optimization and SPC of key components. For U style Hydrostatic transmission, one of the critical point is Centersection design since the material of centersection is in small margin application status for current hydrostatic transmission system.
