At present，the govern have always been pay attention to solution of the “agriculture, countryside and farmers issue, which raise to unprecedented levels, as a top priority in all work, so the insurance has drawn increasing academic and policy departments attach great importance. It is one of the important way to solve the issue of “agriculture, countryside and farmers”, which is also the reality and important problem that the practice and theory of China insurance need to deal with. The insurance is an economy compensatory system to disperse loss and transfer risk. Agriculture in China plays an important role in the development,the insurance greatly promoted our country agriculture health develops continuously, so the study on the insurance operation mode is of great significance. This dissertation takes insurance business model as research subject, and unifies methods such as theory and practice, microcosmic and macrocosmic and the system analysis which are combining together, aiming at establishing the insurance business model that suitable to our national life development. We summarize the business models of Japan, America, Western Europe and some other country, and also summarize the current agricultural insurance business pilot models in China. Then analysis the situation of formation of our insurance service, we draws a conclusion that in China should choose that the commercial operation, the agency policy-related business, operating a large agricultural insurance as comprehensive agricultural insurance business model.
