万方数据 万方数据 目 录 中文摘 要 1 ABSTRACT 2 前 言 3 研究内容 5 1 临床资料 5 2 方法 6 3 结果 错误!未定义书签。 4 讨论 错误!未定义书签。 5 结论 21 6 研究局限性 21 参考文献 23 综述 26 综述参考文献 37 致谢 41 PAGE 10 PAGE 10 万方数据 “双环法”乳房整形治疗乳房肥大及乳房下 垂患者的随访观察研究 摘 要 目的：随访46例乳房肥大和（或）乳房下垂患者应用“双环法”乳房整形术后 症状体征、乳房形态、术后瘢痕，乳头乳晕感觉功能，术后并发症情况及患者 术后满意度，评估此手术方法的合理性。 方法:针对46例施行“双环法”乳房整形术患者，分别采取问卷调查、客观数 据测量、VAS(visual analysis system)调查表及各种评分量表等对患者术前后 症状体征、术前后乳房形态、术后瘢痕、乳头乳晕感觉功能及术后并发症等进 行定性、定量随访，并对其进行统计分析。 结果：(1)乳房肥大患者症状体征得到了明显的缓解；(2)所有乳房肥大及下垂 患者术后乳房形态较术前明显改观，术后乳房形态美观对称、自然持久；(3) 所有患者术后瘢痕轻微、隐蔽；(4)术后乳头乳晕感觉良好；（5）术后并发症 少，且较轻微。 结论：患者总体满意度较高，表明“双环法”乳房整形术并不仅仅是一项美容 手术，同时大大改善了乳房肥大患者的症状，乳头乳晕感觉良好，并发症少等， 这些都提高了患者的生活质量，是一项合理的手术方法，值得临床推广。 关键词：双环法 乳房整形术 乳房肥大和（或）乳房下垂 患者满意度 A clinical application study after mammaplasty with the round block technique for treating with macromastia and (or) mastoptosis ABSTRACT Objectives: Through follow- up postoperative signs and symptoms of breast plastic surgery , breast shape , scar , nipple and areola , sensory function , postoperative complications , and postoperative satisfaction of 46 cases of macromastia and (or) mastoptosis in patients with round block mammaplasty ,to assess the rationality of this surgical method . Methods: For 46 patients with round block mammaplasty,We have adopted the questionnaire survey and objective data measurement ,the VAS ( visual analysis system ) questionnaire and rating scale in patients with preoperative and postoperative signs and symptoms,breast shape before and after surgery,postoperative scarring, nipple and areola feel complications and so on,and finally with statistical analysis. Results: Statistical analysis showed that : after the procedure (1) symptoms and signs in patients with huge breast hypertrophy have got significant relief;(2) compared with the preoperative,breast shape of all patients become significantly improved ,postoperative breast shape become beautiful symmetry and naturally durable ; (3) All patients with minor scar hidden ;(4) postoperative n
