Postoperative observation best corrected visual acuity, intraocular pressure, artificial lens position. Results 22 eye have different visual acuity improved，3 months postoperatively uncorrected distance visual acuity 0.4 far 20 eyes, 0.4 far 2 eyes，Postoperative visual acuity of correction 1.0 far 2 eye；The 0.4 ~ 0.8 far 18 eyes; 0.1 ~ 0.2 far 2 eyes. 2 the eye lens have a slight deflection displacement; 2 eyes were only for retinal detachment vitrectomy with silicone oil filling line art; 3 eyes did trabeculectomy; 1 eye line glaucoma drainage valve implantation. Conclusion Capsular bag phacoemulsification unite intraocular lens suture fixation is the treatment of luxation of lens and the subluxation cataract safe and effective surgical.
